Returned because of great stay from last year, liked having a full sized refrigerator in the room!
Pros:

We came back because of the positive stay we had last year (April 2025). We decided to drive from Atlanta this time (I-85S to I-65S to I-10W) to save a few dollars and found that to be a good decision as we had a smooth trip. Being retired now, we find that we are not in a hurry to 'get there' anymore. Several graduations were occurring in NOLA that weekend so it was great meeting many happy families in the breakfast area.

This time we had a 1 BR King which provided more room. Closing the door and shades gets the room very dark which makes sleeping easier. This may be our go to room for future trips. The full size kitchen is also the reason we drove as we went to Zuppardo's to buy Gumbo, Etouffee and other Louisiana delicacies to take back with us, Having the full size freezer helped as we froze items to take back. There are also several reasonably priced restaurants and grocery stores nearby. Add to that, this location is very convenient to downtown New Orleans. Front desk staff was very helpful with recommendations and suggestions.

The only observation I would make is that the shower water is soft. Not a deal breaker but something to be aware of.

Looking forward to staying at this property again during our next visit to NOLA!

Great location and a very quiet hotel!
Pros:

The room was spacious and extremely clean. The staff were very friendly and responsive to any requests we made. The rooms are extremely well sound proofed. Our room was right by the elevator and we never once heard the elevator or people utilizing the elevator. It was so quiet!! We enjoyed the location as there are stores, restaurants and bars within walking distance. We would definitely stay here again.

Cons:

Water pressure was adequate but barely. 3 towels is an odd number for a king size room, 4 would seem more logical. When we requested an additional towel the front desk staff cheerfully provided us with one so this in no way impacted our rating of the hotel.

Great stay!
Pros:

This hotel was great! It was clean, comfortable and had nice amenities. We didn’t use the kitchen facilities in the room much on this stay but they would be very nice to have on a different type of trip. Loved how close Whole Foods was - walked there within 5 min for a few items one day. Breakfast had a great selection of tasty food. The gym was impressive!!! We didn’t try the pool.

Provided a restful night during a long journey into South Florida.
Pros:

The coffee was wonderful. Had to be Community. The "full hot breakfast" was better than the norm but all hotels should stop. Offer bacon and toast. Forget the powered eggs.
