ゆったりとした時間の流れ
Pros:

今回は部屋に用意されていた小タオル（手拭い）はビニール袋入りの新品でした。温泉旅館で提供される物と同様、薄手の生地の物に替わりました。とても清潔感があります。私は温泉入浴時、バスタオルは使いません。手ぬぐい1本です。風呂から上がる際は、手拭いで身体のすみずみまで拭きます。この新しいタオルは耳たぶやその後ろまで気持ちよく拭けます。ビショビショのまま脱衣場に上がり、床をすっかり濡らしてしまう人を見かけますが、この温泉用のタオルでしっかり拭いてくれるようになるとありがたいですね。
　夕食には新たに帆立貝の天婦羅が供されました。板前さんが目の前で揚げてくださり、誠においしかったです。スタッフの方々もいつもニコニコ挨拶や会釈をしてくださいます。ともすれば無機質になりがちなビュッフェスタイルですが、豊かな気持ちでご馳走をより堪能できます。この度も富士山を眺めながら、ゆったりとした時間の流れの中で食事をとれました。お心遣いに感謝しております。

落ち着いて快適に過ごせました。
Pros:

食事が美味しかった。
ビュッフェの料理が足りなくなると迅速に補充されるので快適に食事ができた。

Cons:

部屋の換気口のフィルターに埃が詰まっていました。
また、除湿機の水が満タンになっていました。
部屋が清潔であったので残念です。

久しぶりの家族旅行での使用
Pros:

お値段以上な従業員の皆さんの丁寧なお出迎えで嬉しかった
外国人スタッフさんも日本語で丁寧な案内をしてくれた

コスパがいいです！お盆最後の土日でも、バイキング蟹付きで安かったです！1週間前に取れてラッキーでした！まくろの解体ショーもやっていて、ホテル側は頑張っているなと感じました。口コミ通り外国人スタッフが多数いましたが、皆さん好感もてました。

Cons:

食事したいと思い、朝夕付きで申し込んだと思ったら夕食のみでした。私の確認不足のが大きいのですが、まずそんなプランがあることにびっくりしました。結果、早朝から観光できたので、むしろ良かったです。アゴダでとりましたが、注釈なくて分かりづらかったです。
