フロントからほとんどのスタッフが外国人で、何度か聞き直した。日本のホテルならもう少し日本人のスタッフを使うべき！

Crowded with tourist buses, quite quiet hotel/surrounding
Pros:

Food is ok, even it is not excellent

Cons:

If you don't drive, this is very isolated area. For us, it is a pleasure to walk around in the morning especially to lake Motosu.

まあまあ期待どうりだったので、良かった

バイキングのメニューが豊富で選択に迷い、食べきれないほどだった

特にないが、外国人が8割以上の印象で、ここが日本か？の感があった。
また、水着で入浴している外国人親子がいて違和感を感じた。

コスパ最高です。安過ぎて驚きました。
Pros:

設備も綺麗で、食事も美味しく、沢山の料理で大満足です。
お風呂も良かった。

Cons:

部屋の芳香剤の匂いが強く感じました。
もう少し優しく感じる程度で良かったと思います。
