Mooie locatie met fijne onsen.
Pros:

Heerlijke Onsen. Kamers waren mooi schoon. Hele mooie locatie. En fijne dat er fietsen te leen waren voor een tochtje rondom het meer.

Cons:

Het avond en ontbijt buffet was minder geschikt voor westerlingen.

初の子連れ旅行、妊娠前から楽しみにしてました！
今回で泊まるのは2回目ですが、ベビーベッドを用意していただいたり、夕食時は広い席を案内していただき大変助かりました( ´◜ω◝ˋ )
とても幸せな思い出が出来ました！
子供が大きくなったら写真を見せてあげたいです！！

もちろんゲストも私たち以外は、中国の方ばかりで
温泉のマナーもなっていなかったので残念でした。

すばらしいデザート
Pros:

レストランでは席に着くと、すぐにスタッフの方が紙お絞りを用意してくださいました。とてもゆったりとした気分になりました。またシェフが妻にデザートをきれいに盛り付けをしてくださいました。わらび餅とアイスクリームの組み合わせは初めてで、とても美味しく、妻は感銘を受けていました。いつもながらのお心遣いに感謝しております。また新たなデザートを研究中とのことで、期待しています。

Cons:

部屋のエアコンを、自分で調整できるといいですね。初日は大雨で気温は20℃くらいでした。身体もずいぶん濡れました。エアコンの設定は「２３℃冷房」、身体が芯から冷えていたので寒かったです。フロントに電話で暖かくしてほしい旨を依頼しましたが、集中管理のため不可能、とのことでした。体感温度は個人差や、その日の活動により様々だと思います。その日その日の気温や湿度によって、設定していただけるとありがたいです。

部屋は少し古さは感じるが清潔感はあった。
ビュッフェの食事も種類が多く楽しめた。

Cons:

空調が風量しか選べないので季節によっては調節が難しそう。空調の設置工事が行われてたので今後の改善はあるかも。

Gutes Hotel
Pros:

Super nah am See. Schönes Onsen

Cons:

Essen wurde zeitlich festgelegt, man war nicht so flexibel. Der Shuttle zum Hotel war leider nicht möglich, da er nur ein mal am Tag fährt und es mit unserer Zugverbindung nicht übereinstimmte

心酔しました
Pros:

レストランの窓の外はすっかり秋めいて、木々の葉は色づき始めていました。そんな景色とおいしい料理に誘われて、今回初めて白ワインをボトルで注文しました。我々好みの辛口で、蟹、刺身、揚げたたての天婦羅やローストビーフの味さえもよく引きたちました。ワインクーラーをお願いすると、早速スタッフの方が氷をたくさん入れて持ってきてくださいました。お陰さまでキンキンに冷えた甲州vintageを満喫できました。本栖湖で遊んだ後の、温泉～景色・料理・ワイン・・・素晴らしかったです。
　それから前回書き漏らしましたが、チェックアウト時に部屋に腕時計などを忘れてきてしまいました。果たしてチェックアウト後Ⅰ時間も経たないうちに、携帯に連絡をいただきました。迅速なご対応で、まだ本栖湖畔で遊んでおりました。そして無事にフロントで受け取ることができました。ハウスキーピングやフロントの方々に感謝しております。ありがとうございました。

Cons:

ただアルコール類も昨年に比べて値上げされていました。もう少しお手頃だと、もっと堪能できるのですが・・・。

Pros:

The property was very nice and clean. The bedroom was big and very clean. The staff was very friendly and always helpful. The food was amazing. There’s a lot of vegetarian options and the soft drinks are always included at whichever time.
Inside the bedroom you have a refrigerator, a kettle and a safety box. You also have yukatas and shoes included in the amenities as well as toothbrush, cotton pads, cotton buds, towels, coffee, tea and water.
The shared spaces were beautiful.
The onsen is tattoo friendly. You can take you room towels and your yukatas. The outside onsen is beautiful.
The game room has darts, billiards, ping pong, claw machines, and a kids zone with a nintendo switch.
The buffet was beautiful with a very nice view. The food was amazing and it had a lot of options.
I would definitely come back.
