チェックイン以外はとても快適！次回が楽しみ
Pros:

清潔感と立地
建物規模の割にエレベーターの数が多く、急ぐ時のストレスがなくてとても良かった

Cons:

予約してあったが、機会受付に反映されていなく、また初めてはの利用だったのでアプリの設定もされ、チェックインに時間がかかった

Excellent location, close to the main train station.
Modern, clean facility
Breakfast was good, although somewhat expensive.

Cons:

Rooms and bathrooms are very small, with limited space for luggage or hanging clothes (although this is fairly standard in Japan).
We booked a superior room with an extra-large bed, but it significantly reduced the available space in the room.

隣接する駐車場に停めれたのも良かった

前日に問い合わせの電話をしたとき、スタッフさんの声が早口で、小さかったのであまり聞き取れなくて困った。

War bisher das einzige Zimmer in Japan an dem wir etwas in Japan zu kritisieren hatten. Aber das sehr gute Personal hat
Pros:

Die Lage unmittelbar am Hauptbahnhof ist sehr gut. Das Personal war wie immer in APA Hotels sehr freundlich, höflich und zuvorkommend, nichts zu kritisieren.

Cons:

Ich war schon in mehreren APA Hotels zu Gast. Die Zimmer entsprechen normalerweise einem 3 Sterne Standard und sind daher Klein. Leider hatte ich diesmal Pech in diesen APA Hotel (…vielleicht weil wir nur eine Nacht da waren). Das Zimmer auf der 7. Etage war noch kleiner, man konnte die Koffer nicht wie sonst üblich unter das Bett schieben, die Matratze war total durchgelegen, ich bin daher nachts aus dem Bett gefallen. Der Ausblick aus dem Zimmerfenster beschränkte sich auf die Feuertreppe.

Zimmer eher klein und in Ermangelung einer Lobby / eines Aufenthaltsraumes keine Ausweichmöglichkeit.
