Noise Level/ Unhelpful Staff
Pros:

I booked a two night stay at your hotel on the 22nd of April 2026 for a medical conference. I was allocated room 207. Unfortunately, the noise from the adjacent restaurants was unbearable on my first night. I reported the issue to reception and they assured me the noise would stop by 11: 00 pm , which it didn’t. The same problem persistent the following night. I visited the reception again, but the staff on duty were completely unhelpful and uninterested in resolving the issue. I ended up taking medication to sleep. I’m genuinely puzzled by how a room can be adjacent to restaurants and how your staff lacks empathy.

Pros:

The warm welcome from friendly staff and incredible service at Urban Umami restaurant. The hotel is central and safe parking is an added bonus.

Pros:

The room was clean and spacious, in close proximity to where we wanted to be, the hotel is located close to restaurants and bars if you'd like, the ratanga park area is walker friendly and felt safe.

Cons:

The bathroom did not have a magnifying makeup mirror.
There should be a light above the long mirror, lighting wasn't that great in the room.

Fantastic experience
Pros:

Best value for money peace cleanliness and proximity to the mall and lovely restaurants and bar . Not far from the city centre but you don’t really need the city centre to do your shopping at the canal walk mall jjst 10mins walk from the hotel .
