Pros:

Everything is good about citadines from stay to breakfast. Staffs here are really nice and welcoming. Fahim and Kilen surprised us with a birthday cake which was really fantastic.

This hotel in Chennai, India, is my favorite hotel. Today, I accidentally lost my earphones at the hotel, and Mr. Sithiram and the manager, Mr. Naveen, kindly helped me find them. I am truly grateful for their support and kindness.

If you are planning to visit Chennai, I highly recommend staying at this hotel. You will not regret it. Everything here is excellent, and the service is outstanding.

Perfect place to stay for families.
Pros:

It was an amazing stay for my family at citadines.I truly appreciate the team members hospitality.Specially Fahim,Ashok,washim,Pihu,Injamamul and Sitaram were outstanding.Franka and other housekeeping team members were so attentive in helping us throughout our stay.

Nice stay.
Pros:

Overall nice stay. Room was clean, facilities were as expected.

Cons:

Wifi speed at room was 25Mbps which I consider as low, I travelled for work and with this speed its very difficult to manage.

Pros:

We were in the single room 208 with kitchen on the 16 17 and noticed pillows and bedsheets were old and fungus on the walls on the head side later we were given the double room with kitchen 124 which was excellent.
