Pros:

The hotel was quite good and live up to my expectations. I enjoyed the my time in the hotel and felt like the hotel is really safe and good. Facilities were of high standards and gym has a good view.

Cons:

Room was pretty good and just right in space. However, we were placed at the furthest room from the lift lobby. I felt like quite inconvenient to walk all the way to the lift as it was quite far away. The gym is pretty small and squeezy as there are many people coming in the evening to exercise. It would be better if the gym is 24 hours as the gym would have ample space for everyone to come and exercise. The sauna should also be open 24 hours to allow everyone to use at ease. The steam room takes time to operate as it does not heat up immediately. Breakfast buffet could have more varieties. The facilitation of breakfast crowd could be handled better.

the female sauna rooms need to have access only to female staffs. had an unpleasant experience of male staffs banging on the door and asking us to come out just so they had some work inside .
if there is maintenance or need for it when someone is using its common courtesy to send a female staff member to check in .

I had an excellent experience at Citrine Salon & Spa, located at Citadines on OMR Road, Chennai. If you are looking for a professional salon, beauty spa, hair salon, facial services, waxing, manicure, pedicure, threading, hair colouring, or a relaxing massage in the OMR/Sholinganallur area, I highly recommend this place.

What truly sets Citrine Salon & Spa apart is its exceptional customer service and highly skilled team. The salon is efficiently managed by Mithun, who is warm, personable, professional, and incredibly accommodating with appointment timings. His flexibility and customer-first approach made every visit a pleasure.

Allen is always courteous, helpful, and welcoming, ensuring clients feel comfortable from the moment they walk in.

A special mention to Lavina, who did a fantastic job with my haircut and hair colour. She is talented, knowledgeable, meticulous, and delivers beautiful results. I would strongly recommend her for anyone looking for expert hair styling, hair colouring, or a fresh new look.

Catherine provided excellent facial and waxing services. She is confident, well-spoken, professional, and ensures clients are comfortable throughout the treatment.

Sapna was wonderful and did a great job with my manicure, pedicure, eyebrow threading, and upper lip threading. She is warm, attentive, and highly skilled.

My husband also enjoyed a relaxing foot massage from Joicy, who was professional, courteous, and delivered a very good experience.

The entire team is hardworking, service-oriented, professional, and genuinely committed to customer satisfaction. The salon is clean, well-maintained, relaxing, and offers a consistently high standard of beauty and wellness services.

Pros:

Stayed here for two weeks for work. Great rooms, good breakfast buffet, well maintained facilities but the cherry on top was the staff. Always smiling, so pleasant to deal with, everyone from the housekeeping staff to the security. Special call out to Monish, the receptionist who was ever so patient with all my queries. Would definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for a comfortable pleasant stay.
