Visiting to DC with family..
Pros:

Your staff was amazing especially Ashley (Reception) .. I visited many many group of hotels across the globe, but Ashley taking care towards guest was excellent.. My family also super happy..

Cons:

Teared comforters (small ones) are given.. didn’t expected from Hyatt.. it was not good..

Pros:

We had a good experience at the Hyatt Place Arlington. It was clean and in a safe location. The beds were comfortable. The breakfast is the best I have had a Hyatt Place/House. The breakfast staff were so kind and friendly! The metro station is really close by and easy to use. I wish the water pressure would be stronger, it was like a trickle. The parking garage is very tight and we had a medium size SUV. I would only bring smaller cars. They couldn’t accommodate connecting rooms for my family, even though we called and asked ahead of time and even checked in first thing in the am on the app, with late arrival time for the day. We were instead connected to a stranger. We asked several days in a row during our stay and each time, nun able to accommodate us. However, even with the negatives, I would stay here again bc of the breakfast, location, and having a clean room.

No Room Serivice and Manager not on site to help
Pros:

I stayed for 3 nights. Our intention was to only need room service for 1 night. I noticed from the day before and even on day of that room service seemed to start around 8AM, which is a little early, I had a sign out as i didn't want our room disturbed until we left after 10AM. As such I made a specific request with the front desk to get my room serviced, and our room was not serviced.

Happy to stay there.
Pros:

Great location: it is only 2 blocks from the nearest metro station, and there are many options for eating pretty close. The breakfast is good, the room was clean and comfortable, and the staff are very kind.

A good hotel if you're not parking a car
Pros:

The hotel staff are extremely friendly, and the hotel is in really good shape, and it's in a great location near the metro and wonderful coffee shops (three within a three minute walk!). But if you're renting a car during a busy period - BEWARE. The parking garage is TINY and TIGHT. We rented a Chevy Equinox which is a small family SUV and we had to do multi-point turns to navigate the garage and avoid scraping the sides of the car.

The water pressure was pretty terrible and the bed wasn't very comfortable, but it was in okay shape. The room was really spacious and clean and the mini fridge was great.

Great stay
Pros:

The hotel is close to DC without being in all the congestion. The rooms where clean and will maintained. The price was reasonable for the closeness to DC

Comfortable and really conveniently located.
Pros:

This hotel is very centrally located in Arlington. It's very close to the metro and lots of eateries. The gym is well equipped and the rooms are spacious and beautiful. The staff is very professional and friendly, the coffee at breakfast was delicious.

Cons:

We had a sideways view into the room next door and other than that the view was of air conditioning units. The water pressure in the shower wasn't very strong and the coffee maker in the room is that terrible cheap thing instead of a Keurig.
