The hotel was in a confident and walkable location in Arlington. Parking was straightforward and easy, although the parking garage is extremely tight. Large cars will struggle to navigate.
The thermostat could not be adjusted below 72 and the room was very hot. The bathroom also doesn’t have a vent/fan. Not sure why this is becoming the standard in hotels, but it is very annoying.

Fantastic staff, especially the Breakfast staff. Housekeeping and Front Desk staff were excellent, friendly and professional too, but that breakfast and cheerfulness were next level.
Parking Pro-tip:
All large vehicles will have tight turns ahead in the garage. Please don't park a large truck in a spot that blocks other vehicles that need to make tight turns too.

Great location, a block away from metro and restaurants near by. The hotel was clean, easy to check in and check out. I would stay there again.
Exzellente Anbindung an die Metro, sehr gute Erreichbarkeit von Restaurants. Großes Zimmer im 8. OG. Gutes amerikanisches Breakfast. Frische Erdbeeren und Blaubeeren, Waffeln, Speck etc.. Kein Plastikbesteck. Richtiges Metall und keine Pappteller - super. Richtige Porzellan Kaffee-Tassen.
Gebühr für Garage 35 USD pro Nacht - ist zwar scheinbar in der Region üblich, aber trotzdem einfach Zuviel. Garage für amerikanische Verhältnisse eng. Dusche im 8. OG mit dem geringsten Wasserdruck den ich jemals erlebt habe.
Great location for my weekend plans.
My original room, the toilet overflowed upon arriving. I was moved to a new room. The second room was ok. Looked like it hadn’t been used in a while (it was on the corner/front of the Building room).
The hotel's location is excellent--2 blocks from the Metro, a few blocks from a big movie theater, and a short walk (less than 10 min) or a quicker bus ride to Clarendon, with lots of retail and restaurants. The free breakfast is very good: real eggs, bacon, other hot food, and the usual variety of cold foods. The in-room fridge is bigger than the standard one and didn't accidentally freeze my drinks. The room was very clean. There's in-room coffee. The A/C worked well. Blackout blinds are pretty good.
The bathroom is big enough to turn around in (there's a sliding door, which was OK, but some people dislike). The shower stall didn't leak onto the floor. Good water pressure and temperatures! There's plenty of counter space around the sink (downside: mirror is farther from you than usual). The towels are slightly larger and slightly thicker than the average hotel towel. There's actual bar soap for the sink (but only the usual pumps for the shower). There are not just one, but TWO hooks in the bathroom.
A few small negatives: There aren't many free outlets in the room to recharge your devices (and none by the desk!). Wifi is kind of slow, although fast enough to stream video. The faucet in the bathroom sink is too close to the back of the sink; you'll hit the back washing your hands. The room lighting isn't great--no light by the desk, with an overhead and a lamp a distance away. The elevators require you to put your room key card in front of a sensor, which, annoyingly, works only about half the time. The room carpet had a few small stains or burns in it. It's great that there's a safe, but it's practically on the floor of the closet, making it back-breaking to use.
Overall, I would definitely return!
