Die Anfahrt zum Hotel war als Ortsunkundiger schlichtweg "unmöglich". Durch ein Volksfest waren einige Straßen gesperrt und Einbahnstraßen (Google Maps) waren jetzt in entgegengesetzter Richtung ausgeschildert. Google Maps hat dann eine unfahrbare Route durch zwei Meter breite Innenstadtgässchen angezeigt ... Katastrophe! Bittet um eine aktuelle Wegbeschreibung per Mail vom Hotel, die Rezeption sollte dazu in der Lage sein.

Pros:

O hotel era super moderno, bom ambiente com funcionários sempre muito prestáveis. Fizeram-nos um upgrade do quarto sem qualquer tipo de custo o que foi muito agradável.
Foi possível fazer um late check out sem qualquer valor acrescentado até ás 14h. Algo que nunca tinha experienciado em outros hotéis.
O pequeno almoço era muito bom, com muita variedade.

Excelente hospedagem em Évora

Viajamos em férias e adoramos a hospedagem. O hotel é muito bem localizado, fomos a pé em todos os pontos turísticos de Évora. Bem próximo a bares e restaurantes. O quarto é espaçoso, arejado e bem iluminado. E o atendimento da equipe foi muito simpático.
