Boa estrutura, ótima localização e equipe atenciosa.
Pros:

As instalações são novas e muito boas. O hotel é grande, com quartos e banheiros espaçosos. Fiquei hospedada no quarto andar, com vista para a praia. A localização é muito boa, em frente à praia e à Lagoa da Jansen, e próxima ao Champs Mall, que oferece bons restaurantes e uma boa estrutura.

A equipe da recepção foi sempre muito atenciosa e conseguimos, inclusive, estender o check-out por mais duas horas, o que foi muito conveniente.

Cons:

O café da manhã foi o ponto que menos me agradou, pois achei as opções um pouco básicas para o padrão do hotel.

Não tem limpeza do quarto aos domingos.
Vaza agua do box para o banheiro mesmo com a porta fechada.
