A great location if you want comfortable bed.
Pros:

Location is excellent- opposite the markets and close to subways and a short walk to the main area in Myeongdong.

Money change in the hotel is excellent and very helpful as cash is always useful in Seoul. Subway card is also available though it was cheaper to buy from a CU/Seven-Eleven.

Lovely gym and excellent laundry facilities. Just a shame there’s no shower there for those who have a late flight and have checked out.

The bathroom was excellent especially the controls on the Korean toilet! Loved the temperature gauge on the shower and excellent shower pressure.

Cons:

Breakfast bread was a little bland- sourdough would be a great addition and the machine coffee was average. Selection of food otherwise for breakfast was good but the wait times were sometimes long. Our room faced another building/hotel to the side so it felt very much a room to sleep in rather than one to spend time and relax in.

Wonderful hotel for first timers to Seoul!
Pros:

For our first visit to Korea, this hotel was ideal as it was in a great location, with lots of restaurants and markets nearby. Also the metro is on the doorstep.The rooms were good and the water filter supplied in the room, was a real benefit. Very courteous staff at all times! I would definitely suggest this hotel to anyone.

Lovely Hotel
Pros:

It was our first time in seoul and we are so glas we chose this hotel. Check in was a breeze, staffs are excellent, breakfast spread was good and the room was clean and so comfortable. We stayed from 28th May to 4th June 2026.

Its just minutes walk to City Hall station and to the vibrant Myeongdong Street and just facing Namdaemun market. The Airport bus stop is just few steps away and 5mins ride to Seoul Station.

Thank you for making our stay feels like home. We will definitely be back.

Great stay in Seoul
Pros:

The facility is fantastic. The proximity to local restaurants and shopping is great. Very central to getting to our tours. Breakfast buffet had everything and more. Concierge personell were also fantastic. Everything was awesome!!

Excellent stay
Pros:

Location was great with plenty of restaurants and bars around and just across the road from a market area and also many camera shops. Modern and perfect beds and bedding.

Cons:

The bakery and bar on the 22nd floor is beautiful with stunning views but there was no “bar”?
Momo bar on 2nd floor was a fairly soulless experience with large atrium above. Perhaps some drapes could make it feel a bit more intimate.
Renovating the Ground floor area right now.

Pros:

room was spacious and hotel location was walking distance from convenience shops/local restaurants (just downstairs!) , about 5 minutes walk from Myeongdong shopping street.
i like how the room had different lighting options for self wind-down adjustments. Staffs were friendly and corteous.
only thing was pricing is a bit steep, otherwise everything was well worth it.

Pros:

we had a junior suite with a nicer view of namsan tower, room was really spacious and facilties were great.
location is near to everywhere and about 5minutes walk to Myeongdong shopping street and shinsegae department store.
lots of local eateries just downstairs. the bathroom was really spacious and nice, love the automated heated toilet seats

Cons:

there was some issue with the toilet sliding door lock, me and my friend were trapped inside and had to call concierge for rescue.
