Buena ubicación en Lapa, la personas más amable fue Vinicius, muy gentil y educado.

Cons:

Hubo un día que no hicieron mi cuarto, dejan jabón solamente una vez y tienes que andar pidiendo, olvidaban ponernos toallas de mano y de pies para la salida de la ducha, tienes que andar pidiendo el secador de pelo...no es hotel 4 estrellas, no hay mucama después de las 19:00 hrs, si olvidaron hacer tu pieza tienes que esperar hasta el otro día a las 10 am...te imaginas sin toalla mas de 24 horas??

A cordialidade dos funcionários foi o melhor, quarto confortável também
