The place was very clean and tidy. The breakfast was exceptional with their customer service especially Julie and Diva. They memorised our names and our daughters. The entire staff was top level customer service. I cannot fault anyone. Always smiling, greeting us and being professional and polite. Made our our first time in Bali very special. Housekeeping always on point. The breakfast buffet had a variety of foods and Indian dishes as well which was good because my husband is Punjabi. You can also get Paratha made for you. They can make noodles and pancakes on the spot for you. I can’t praise the breakfast crew enough I was overwhelmed with their kindness and smiles. Kuta beach and legion only 10 mins away depending on traffic. 2 mins down the road you Grand Lucky a big supermarket. Great location.
The pools hours. We use to arrive late from our activities and dinner and the outside pools were closed by 8pm.
The food is so tasty. All the staffs are welcoming and very good.
