Чудове місце розташування! Щиро дякую всьому персоналу готелю за чудовий сервіс та гостинність. З моменту заселення відчувалася увага до гостей, доброзичливість і високий рівень професіоналізму.

Номер був чистий, затишний та комфортний, а всі прохання вирішувалися швидко й з посмішкою. Особливо хочеться відзначити привітний персонал, який зробив наше перебування максимально приємним і безтурботним.

Дякуємо за турботу, комфорт та чудову атмосферу. Із задоволенням повернемося знову та рекомендуватимемо ваш готель друзям і знайомим!

Чудове місце зі своєю історією
Pros:

Історична будівля, самий центр міста, комфортно, чисто, привітливо

Cons:

Так як готель знаходиться в межах пішохідної зони, то гостям, які прибувають на авто, може бути трохи не зручно з пошуком місця для паркуванням, щоб завантажити / вивантажити речі.

Pros:

Розміщення чудове, в самому центрі Львова. Один нюанс, номер знаходиться на третьому поверсі, підійматися по сходам. Персонал привітний, доброзичливий, приємний. Дівчата виконали всі наші прохання. Навіть найшли можливість заселити раніше встановленого часу та залишити речі))

в номері класу стандарт не було фену

- The floor tiles in the room were peeling and creaked with every step.
- We didn't know there would be 3 of us, I wish it was specified in the booking conditions - they fixed it right away
- the extra section for the sofa bed was in a very untidy condition

Pros:

Розташування готеля у серці міста з видом на ратушу. Незважаючи на те, що кожні (здається) 15 хвилин б'є годинник, це не доставляло жодних труднощів. Хоч дім давно збудований і підійматися треба вверх на кілька поверхів по східцям з багажом, та це навпаки є плюсом перед підйомом на оглядову вежу ратуші (своєрідна розминка). Кімната простора, ліжко зручне. Є чайник з міні сервізом і чаєм, яким можна було насолодитися з видом на ратушу.

Cons:

Шкода, що не було холодильника.
