Lovely place
Pros:

Tasteful designed Junior Suite. Great view to town hall and Rynok Square. Soundproofed Windows. Friendly receptionist. A/C and WiFi worked well. At first I thought, the Bed is a little bit too soft, but I slept well.

Cons:

Step to the bathroom is a bit tricky.

Непоганий готель для короткої поїздки. Зупинялись тут на 3 ночі. Загалом враження позитивні, але є д
Pros:

Готель розташовай в хорошому місці, визначні місця знаходяться поруч. Заселення відбулось вчасно (десь о 14 зателефонували та повідомили, що номер готовий). Валізи можна залишити в готелі, якщо номер ще не готовий. Номер чистий, просторий і світлий. Ліжко дуже велике, мʼяке та зручне. Постільна білизна та рушники були свіжими й білосніжними. Є Wi-Fi.

Cons:

З недоліків можу відзначити: звукоізоляція практично відсутня, чути скрип сходив, тупіт та розмови в коридорі. Номера знаходяться на верхніх поверхах, з валізою важко піднятися. Немає холодильника. Дуже зіпсувало враження реакція персоналу на рецепції, коли я запитала про укриття (де знаходиться, чи відкрито і тд.). Дівчина на рецепції дивно посміхнулась (глузлива посмішка) та зверхнє подивилась і відповіла, що укриття закрито і ключ знаходиться на рецепції. Майте на увазі, що на рецепції часто нікого немає! Для мене питання про укриття дуже важливо, тому такі погляди та «усмішки» не прийнятні. Хороший варіант, щоб зупинитися на декілька днів, але враження зіпсоване.

Pros:

Расположение - центрЕе не придумаешь.
Персонал - заботливый, отзывчивый, доброжелательный.
Номер - соответствует всем современным стандартам.
Кровать супер мягкая.
Вся сантехника и электронные устройства исправны.

Cons:

Не то, что бы не понравилось, а нюанс, к которому не были готовы - 4 этаж, с ступеньками чуть выше обычного. Без хорошей физической формы - не привычно. Но это не проблема.

Amazing stay
Pros:

A lovely place right in the heart of Lviv, located directly on the main square. The staff were absolutely wonderful, friendly and helpful. The hotel is on the 4th floor with no elevator( no complaints 😄 it’s a historical building) , and the room can be a little noisy, so this may be worth considering if you are a light sleeper. Otherwise, everything was great!
