Ok boende men information och bemötande gör att jag inte kommer bo där igen.
Pros:

Avskilt läge och lätt att parkera.

Cons:

Vid incheckning fick jag information om att frukost stängde 09:00 på utcheckningsdagen, det visade sig att den istället öppnade 08:00 vilket medförde att det inte blev någon frukost. Och det var många med mig som fått felaktig information.

De entourage, de kamer, het diner, het ontbijt.

Cons:

De wifi code werd niet automatisch verstrekt of lag ergens klaar. Het ontbijt werd onaangekondigd een uur later gezet. Het had gasten in problemen kunnen brengen als ze tijdig hadden moeten vertrekken. Bij het ontbijt werd geen uitleg gegeven door het personeel. De koffie en thee stonden op andere plekken dan het buffet. Het personeel bij het ontbijtbuffet deed weinig moeite of anticipeerde op te verwachten situaties.

Nice location, quaint hotel, however overpriced for the product they offer.
Pros:

This mansion style property is located decently in the north west of Stockholm in a quiet suburb. The parking is free and ample. The hotel have a very quaint old english interior and the restaurant and food was good.

Cons:

The walking paths to the reception located in the main building is gravel roads this is very hard to walk if like me you have a physical disability. There is also no designated disabled parking spots close to the accomodation.

I was given a room in the nearby annex, again a fair walk across lawns and gravel paths and once arrived the staircase is very steep and there is no elevators.

This building also boasted about having spa facilities and yet when I went to use them, the so called spa area was filled with building supplies and obviously have not been in use for a long time.

Dinner was served in the main building restaurant which at the time had two large bookings meaning the staff struggled to seat additional guests and the waiting for service was long. The food was also quite expensive for the quality served.

The accomodation per night was also quite pricey considering that a hotel located in the centre areas of Stockholm is priced around the same bracket.

I also did not appeciate that I was not able to get a printed VAT receipt at the time onsite and was asked to email for a copy to be sent separately. Subsequently I had to email a half dussin times in order to get a response and finally receive the VAT receipt which is required for my business accounting.

Inte vad det ser ut som i reklamen.
Pros:

Läget och slottet.

Cons:

Tråkiga och små rum.
Såg fram emot en mysig afternoon tea i soffa. Buffé helt hysteriskt och placering i en matsal. Bilderna är inte riktigt sanningsenliga.
