Great view but disappointing bad attitude

Great views!!!

Cons:

The bar on the first floor also serves as the reception, but when I arrived and checked in, the bar staff and the staff member who showed me to my room clearly had annoyed looks on their faces. The latter became a little more friendly later, but I was so disappointed that my excitement about visiting such a wonderful place vanished in an instant. It's a shame to think that they might have adopted this attitude because the hotel's terrace and cafe&bar with a deck overlooking the sea offer such great views that they don't need to make any effort to attract customers.

Small but clean room.
Pros:

The location was great, close to everything. The balcony view from our room was good.

Cons:

The noise. All night long we heard our neighbors' slamming doors. It was very disruptive to our sleep.

Great city for Cinque Terre stay.
Pros:

Wonderful breakfast with stunning views. Staff was helpful. Lots of steps to our room where breakfast was also located.

Cons:

Staff were rude. Actually only one staff in particular, went to have a drink on the deck and completely ruined the experience for no reason. Basically went in for a drink and he asked me to move seat in an empty bar for no reason and in an incredibly rude manner. Ruined my experience of Gianni franzi, for what - having a seat in the right place in case someone came into the empty bar. Pretty appalled

Sehr zentral, Nettes Personal, Gutes Frühstück,
Der Frühstücksraum ist traumhaft - direkt auf den Klippen über dem Meer,
Sehr zentral gelegen

Cons:

Ich würde nächstes mal eine bessere Zimmerkategorie wählen, unseres war sehr klein, keine Klimaanlage - daher ziemlich warm (30 Grad)

A beautiful setting
Pros:

The best part was the options of where to sit to relax over looking the water.

Cons:

In the description, it was clear to me that I would have an ocean view and our view from room 503 was not close to that. And the stairs to get there were unbelievable!

Hidden gem and superb accommodation, welcome and views.
Pros:

What an amazing place. Friendly welcome and Great location a few minutes walk from the station. We had a suite and the views were amazing. Lovely modern room and all the facilities you need. Great breakfast and again an amazing terrace over the sea to enjoy while you eat.
