Pros:

The location is great. The room was quite large and clean and there was a common terrace for the use of the rooms directly overlooking the sea from the cliff. Breakfast is inlcuded.

The rooms are highly variable - careful which you choose
Pros:

The small beds did have comfortable mattresses and the small bathroom was recently done to a high standard and was clean. The view from the breakfast area was beautiful, but from another hotel we could have had such a view from our room.

Cons:

The photos on booking.com showed rooms very different to the one we got. Ours was a very small hallway with three single beds and a window that opened to rock wall. At night. It felt like there was not enough air to breath.

Lovely sea views
Pros:

A great spot in Vernazza with lovely sea views from the bar/breakfast room. A number of restaurants and bars close by. Many stairs to get to our room which was on the top floor (may be a problem with bulky luggage). Our room was comfortable and clean. Italian style breakfast served, with coffee made to order.

Climb many uneven steps to basic room
Pros:

Great location in heart of town. The rooms were all up many steps- 119 uneven different height stairs to get to our room. Plain room, very basic, no fridge, no, hot water pot. Breakfast ok but they only give you one cup of coffee. Personell grumpy.

Lovely room close to the water. Great staff. Wish we could’ve stayed for the breakfast.
Pros:

Easy to find. Large room and comfortable bed.

Cons:

Difficult to get up 3 flights if a narrow, spiral staircase. Would’ve liked to have a coffee maker and mini fridge.

Luxurious relaxing retreat in heart of Vernazza harbor.
Pros:

Quiet, clean scenic, modern facilities, air conditioned, convenient to train and restaurants right in the harbor at Vernazza.

Cons:

Like everywhere in Cinque Terre there is much climbing, but this was well worth the effort. Take pics of the passage on your first time up to your room because there is no signage.

Great location, terrible room.
Pros:

Told queen, told a/c, neither was available, two scrappy fans in a sweltering top floor room. Three single beds, uncomfortable could almost touch cross walls, better rooms in bad college dorm. Circuit blew with two fans and cell phone charger. It was like a bad youth hostile. Never again! Staff was nice and courteous.

Lindo pero no se si valga la pena pagar tanto.
Pros:

Es un lugar muy particular y unico. Es hermoso. El espacio donde sirven el desayuno es increible y la comida del restaurante

Cons:

Muy muy caro para lo que es. El cuarto muy pequeño.

Pros:

The views, the views, the views… The proximity to the center of the town and the train station were a big advantage

Cons:

I cannot say I didn’t like anything. The steep climb with our luggage was something I was prepared for, but not all guests could manage. I would suggest offering porter service for an added fee for travellers with heavy luggage
