Tout était vraiment incroyable. La chambre, Love room Mme a adorer. Le miroir au plafond très chill et donne des petites idées.
La terrasse incroyable, avec vu sur lanokagew la mer et sur une partie de l'hôtel 😍

Je trouve que le seul bémo c'est pour aller au p'tit déjeuner et devoir faire tout le tour et le tunnel pour mener à la piscine souvent fermer

Le confort et l’emplacement. La modernité des chambres et la piscine sur le rooftop. La sympathie des serveurs à la piscine. La qualité de la nourriture et des cocktails.
Problème de climatisation que nous n’avons jamais su régler. Résultat beaucoup trop froid pour dormir.
Check-in trop lent, là aussi nous avons perdu un temps immense à attendre nos chambres qui finalement n’étaient pas les bonnes.
Problème majeur : nous n’avons pas eu la chambre demandée.
Une alternative nous a été proposée mais malheureusement il aura fallut plus de 2h pour régler ces soucis = perte de temps considérable pour notre séjour.

Worst hotel I have ever stayed in. Staff are so so rude, unfriendly and unhelpful.
Cleaners entered our room even though we had the do not enter sign on our door, they stole some clothes and my pair of designer sunglasses, reception staff refused to help or anything just said we had to fill out a police report which was had no option of English.
There was a private party on the top floor and going on until 2/3am and you could hear it so clearly from your room felt like you were there too. On the 3rd time we went to reception to complain about the noise there was a Que of people doing so and they still did nothing.
The rooftop pool looks beautiful in photos but the loungers are so squished together and it’s hard to move as they are tiring to cram so many people in.
There were so many other issues but I would be here all day.
