Room was really nice. The hotel was very clean and staff very helpful. Breakfast was to a high standard. Hotel main hotel looked great at night. Went to the Spa in the afternoon really impressed with the pool area and what at available.
Hot water had broken down on one evening - just a one off. Location was a little noisy as it is beside pub and club area.
The roof top bar was nice but was let down by the DJ who played the music too loud and only what I would describe as Trance crap type music. No variety of other music at all. The bar service staff beforehand had the music at a nicer level and was easily listened to. DJ did not read the room or cater to the predominantly older guests at all. Really poor management of the rooftop entertainment not to pick up on this. People are here to relax not to get a sore head.
My mother was just out of hospital and the staff where so helpful especially Maw & Casper. I can’t thank them enough for all their help. Isabel Mullin

Sin duda el desayuno y los trabajadores que nos atendían en él.
Ruido todo el día. Entiendo que es zona a de fiesta y a las 4 ya paran las discotecas, pero las 20 horas restantes el ruido ensoldecedor de las máquinas de aire acondicionado como música de fondo en lo que supuestamente es una "suite". Por la noche el perso al prepotente de recepción del hotel Hugo no hace el favor de abrirte para entrar a través de ahí al Hugo Boutique por lo que te toca caminar arriba entre borrachos de fiesta abriendote paso
Ho soggiornato all’UGO'S Boutique Hotel a Malta e mi sono trovato benissimo, ma soprattutto voglio dedicare questa recensione a Saurabh, perché è stato davvero straordinario.
Saurabh è una persona eccezionale: gentilissimo, educato, disponibile, professionale, sorridente e sempre pronto ad aiutare. La sua cordialità è qualcosa di veramente raro. Saurabh è sempre stato presente, attento a ogni esigenza e disposto a fare tutto il possibile per rendere il soggiorno migliore.
Quello che colpisce di Saurabh è soprattutto il suo modo di trattare le persone: con rispetto, pazienza, simpatia e una gentilezza autentica. Saurabh non si limita a fare il suo lavoro: lo fa con passione e con un’energia positiva incredibile.
Per me Saurabh è stato senza dubbio il migliore dello staff e merita davvero tutti i complimenti possibili. Una persona così fa la differenza e rappresenta un enorme valore per l’hotel.

La posizione
Non mi è piaciuta l’accoglienza dello staff e soprattutto nessuna hall per poter stare in tranquillità. Un posto dove si paga tantissimo ma non ne vale la pena X i servizi che dona . E sopratutto l’ho trovato molto trascurato
