Nous avons réservé par booking le midi une suite avec spa et nous nous sommes retrouvés dans une chambre basique très ancienne (décoration très ancienne, absence de vmc, éclairage et chauffage de piètre qualité, simple baignoire balnéo, vue sur les toiles des parasols de la terrasse intérieure et non sur le parc, simple vitrage, etc...) qui semble visiblement être une chambre servant à loger le personnel saisonnier (nombreuses clés dans un simple tiroir).. Donc publicité mensongère ou manque de communication entre booking et l'hôtel. En un mot, la chambre réservée était déjà louée. Après une demi heure de négociation, petit déjeuner remboursé et plateau repas le soir offert sur ma demande. Mais quand même, ce n'est pas au client de subir ce manque total de professionnalisme.

Très bon sejour pour s’évader de Paris
Pros:

Le personnel est très sympa, l’emplacement est parfait, proximité avec la forêt pour les balades et avec les restaurants. Une fois garé on fait tout à pied. Le dîner au restaurant de l’hôtel était excellent.

Cons:

Honnêtement s’il fallait critiquer quelque chose je dirais :

Tres bon week end passer a Barbison
Pros:

Le petit dejeuner manquer de certaines choses comme des yaourts,des saucisses,plus de confitures variees,de l omelette
Pour la chambre la douche un peu juste pour renter ou sortir,la chambre un peu sombre on est obliger de mettre la lumiere en plein jour

Le calme la gentillesse du personnel le repas tres bien

Restaurant très bon . Laurent le serveur est particulièrement efficace et sympathique.

Cons:

La robinetterie dans la salle de bain, compliqué et impossible de régler la température de l'eau correctement
