Honesty,good and peacefull also nearby lotus can buy stuff
Pros:

Hotel was good.not noisy can sleep well.room also cleanliness 5star eventhogh i stay at budjet room. AC also very cool at middle of night.space quiet limited but is okey for couple,single.

Cons:

I want to use hairdryer but little upset hairdrayer short of electricity is maybe old version.and also sometime lamp cannot turn off event i already switch on/off soo we slept with lights on.

Tiada parking khas. Mohon pihak hotel tlg byrkan dan claim dr pelanggan.. ini kerana pelanggan check out pkl 12. Kdg2 terlepas waktu atau terlupa membeli atau membayar parking.
Pihak hotel boleh tlg charge parking .

Happy to come to urban inn.
Pros:

Service of the staff a indian lady mega... first sorry to her and thanks to her.... we came all the way from singapore and was continue driving all the way without resting. Reached early req mega for early check in... thanks to her for the huge help. As I was not feeling well and my son and husband was falling asleep in the car. Seriously we were all were very exhausted thats where mega help us. Thanks to urban inn for having staff like her and also my checkout was smooth the malay lady was so kind. Will sure come back to urban inn and give my support.

Cons:

Well should have a lift to the next floor. And to have the toilet to be scrub near the glass area and the walls the stains to be remove. And to have shelf at the showering area will be more comfortable. More tv channels and ear buds to be provided.
