Pros:

View exactly as advertised. Friendly frint desk.

Cons:

1. It is time that hotels be required to publish T's and C's within their marketing. Tight type written 'penalty $' lists presented at check-in are frustrating, even if entirely fair.
2.If a booking is deemed 'basic' with any housekeeping service such as change of towels or extra toilet roll, is an add on charge then it should be clear on the reservation.

Great for our family.
Pros:

The ocean view apartment was clean and modern, and the view was amazing. The G-link right next-door.

Cons:

The lifts were slow. Not a lot options to eat in the immediate area. A folder of local amenities would have helpful.

Great value and comfort. Will absolutely stay again.
Pros:

Great room and facilities. Nice gym and pool / spa. All kept very clean and tidy. The staff were very friendly and it’s in a great spot - close to beach and the tram.
