Pros:

Everything from the very helpful and friendly staff to the unit and its very clean and close to everything.

Cons:

I forgot I hate heights and didn’t tell them so I was quite anxious but that’s on me.
Only thing was pillows were a bit hard and the corner of the rug kept lifting causing trips so i had to keep it bent in. Minimal crap.. Other wise we loved it there!

Amazing view
Pros:

Rhapsody was in a perfect position to allow us to catch public transport extremely easily. The view from our 38th floor amazing apartment was particularly special, including the ocean, canals and passing whales. Staff were very friendly and helpful.

Cons:

We couldn't find anything we didn't like.
