Pros:

100% recommend Rhapsody resort, staff were all so lovely and welcoming, when checking in i was upgraded to a 2 bedroom apartment with an ocean view for free, i was able to have both city and ocean view in my room. I will definitely be coming back. If your looking for a nice place to stay while in Queensland I highly recommend booking here.

We loved it.
Pros:

I loved the location and overall design of the apartment.

Cons:

There were little things that could have made it better. Etc. Sink was coming lose, drawers could have been tightened but were wobbly

Spacious apartment
Pros:

Room: apartment style so great if your staying a few days and want to have more space. We had a full kitchen - even a full sized fridge, and a laundry with washer and dryer.

Location: Right across the road from the beach. Nice walk along the beach in either direction. Only a 2min walk to the tram line.

The cafe downstairs was really nice - had breakfast there every morning! Great food and coffee.

Cons:

The first thing we noticed is that it’s not just a hotel with holiday/business guests - it’s residential as well. So it didn’t give us that “we’re on holiday” feel. It also felt a little bit like we were intruding especially when using the communal areas - you could tell who was also trying to enjoy their holiday and who was a resident annoyed with people in their space.

Room:
- We booked an ocean view but it was closer to a partial ocean view as our main view was of the road and buildings… still pretty at night, but not what I imagined.
- this got resolved but we had to ask two seperate times for a new mattress sheet because the sheet didn’t fit the mattress- the sides didn’t come close to being able to be tucked in - so there was exposed mattress. The first time we asked I thought it would be a simple fix, but later in the evening when we got back and nothing had been done, we asked again. The bed was remade though in the end! It just felt like we were the ones being inconvenient.

Location: not a huge issue for us but might be for families - there weren’t many dining options at night in the immediate area - either 10-15min walk, or jump on the tram (1-2 stops away)

Excellent location , apartment was lovely
Pros:

We loved the apartment, the side view of the sea, it was very clean and spacious. Bed comfortable and the shower was great. Handy to the tram. Short walk to the beach and walking distance to the shops. Loved the pool and spa. Very friendly accommodating staff.

Cons:

We were advised of the noise from construction across from our room and we understood but it did affect our need for peace and quiet and we only got 1 day reprieve from the noise. Booking.com cancelled our initial booking during our cruise( 2 days out )due to a set payment issue( out of our control due to no Wifi to connect to check ) and we did not get our initial room booking and we had to pay more .Very stressful .
Condiments .i.e tea bags only got 4 for 4 days. One has to pay for extra of everything including toilet paper if you ran out. . Should be included for the nighly price of $335
The view was great but was obscured by very dirty outside windows

Very good!!
Pros:

部屋が広くて良かった。電子レンジやオーブン、冷蔵庫、食器など使えるのでスーパーマーケットで買ってきた物でも温めたり焼いたり出来て満足感のある食事が出来た。

Cons:

部屋がスリッパが常備されていなかった。エアコンの効き方に波がある。

Good location but a few notes
Pros:

The location was great - close to the beach and just across the street from the tram station and also within walking distance along the beach to the main surfers paradise shops. The room was convenient for 2 nights. The TV had Foxtel and Casting so we were able to watch anything from our streaming services. The bathroom was nice and spacious and had a washing machine + dryer. The parking was free (albeit not guaranteed and works on a first come first serve basis). We didn't really hear the construction or get bothered by it. The rooftop garden lookout was nice but unfortunately one of the tables was closed off and the other one was too wet to use due to some rain earlier in the day but the view was still lovely looking along the beach despite a small portion of it blocked by the construction.

Cons:

The room was a little dated, the blinds were old and the shower fan didn't seem to work that well as all the windows had condensation dripping down them in the studio after the dryer was on for only a brief amount of time. The woman at the front desk informed me as she was taking the $100 deposit that my specific bank will likely take 30 days to return the deposit to me, however the other hotel we stayed at during this trip had my security deposit returned within a day of checking out so I don't understand why this place takes so long and would have been helpful to know beforehand that they claim specific banks take much much much longer to return but anyway. Overall was a decent stay considering we were out and about mostly and the location was convenient for that.

Top Austattung, mit Wäschetrockner im Zimmer! Super Aussicht auf die Küste und das Meer, sehr freundliches Personal, angenehmer Whirlpool.

Cons:

Die Sauna hat nicht gut funktioniert, aber war nicht schlimm für uns!

Fantastic place to stay
Pros:

Close to everywhere by just jumping in tram. Clean and today and the pool and spa were awesome! Coffee is good downstairs.
