Important information:

From 1st January 2023, a tourist tax of RM 10 per room per night is applied to all foreign guests. This tax is not included in the room rate and must be paid upon check-in. Guests with a valid Malaysian Identity Card or valid permanent residents MY PR Card are exempted. Only fully vaccinated guests with proof of their digital COVID-19 vaccination certificate are allowed to check-in at our hotel. Guests who are not / not fully vaccinated with an admissible reason are required to obtain a letter of consent by an appointed Doctor.

The location

Cons:

Staff customer service could be improved further, without checking rejecting a request for late check out straight away stating the hotel is fully book is unpleasant (an Indian staff). Sometimes, do check on the regularity of the said customer n if they are a loyal patron revisiting to stay there. Apart from that glitch everything else was superb.
