I posted already “朝食付きのプランを予約し、料金も支払い済みでしたが、到着した際、ホテル側はすでに支払いを済ませているはずの食事の提供を頑なに拒否しました。このような酷い対応は到底容認できるものではありません。今回の経験から言えば、ここは日本で私たちが利用したホテルの中でも間違いなく最悪の部類に入ります。これから旅行される方には、他のホテルを検討し、ここを予約するのは避けるようお勧めします。

We booked and paid for a room that explicitly included breakfast. However, upon arrival, the hotel flatly refused to serve the meal we had already paid for. Experiencing this level of poor service was unacceptable. Based on our experience, this is easily one of the worst hotels we have encountered in Japan. I strongly advise future travelers to look elsewhere and avoid booking here.

窓も固くて、古い建物は理解しているけど、メンテナンスも必要
Pros:

外出する時にいちいちフロントを通らなくて良い

Cons:

お風呂の水道周り。
とにかく固くて温度設定が出来なかった。
シャワーにするにも、蛇口に変えるにも大変苦労した。
