Pros:

location is great, close to the station, the room view is amazing as well. The hotel seems very new, the reception is on the high floor as well

Cons:

I found the staffs hospitality is very different from staff to staff, most of them are friendly, there was one staff by the self check in machine was not as friendly as the other staffs, we tried to ask some questions but she only gave us a cold face. So we had to ask again later to other staff, which she was friendly to help.

Overall a very nice place to stay in Nagoya.
Pros:

This hotel is close to the main train station and has amazing subway access. The underground is confusing though, and not 100% accessible with suitcases, which is strange - a few steps that don't have a ramp. The view isn't really worth the extra money as it's just a bunch of concrete rooftops. The restaurant is excellent.
