Es bueno por el precio!!
Pros:

El personal es amable, estuve hospedada 6 días, tiene buena hubicacion, está a 1 cuadra del centro histórico, en lo personal por el precio, estuvo cómodo, tiene wifi, agua caliente y la tele se ve (cosa que ya había tenido malas experiencias en otro hotel)

Cons:

Las instalaciones ocupan mantenimiento, se que es un hotel antiguo, pero con algunos arreglos estaría sensacional, la regadera no tiene cortina por lo cual se moja todo el baño

Cons:

Me cancelaron la reservacion justo cuando había llegado a la terminal de Irapuato a pesar de que avisé que llegaría tarde y a pesar de que me hablaron 2 veces para preguntar si llegaría, las 2 veces les dije que si y les di una hora aproximada, a la 3ra vez que llamaron fue para decirme que la habian vendido.

En general el hotel es un buen lugar, atención amable del personal, limpieza y buena ubicación

Cons:

Que se les permita a ciertos huéspedes alterar el orden y la tranquilidad en áreas comunes de el lugar.

Por el precio no esta mal el lugar, como retro solo cambien las toallas de baño.
Pros:

La ubicacion es buena, el lugar no es muy bonito pero esta limpio, lo cual cuenta mucho!

Pros:

El recepcionista es un señor muy amable.
La ubicación es ideal para moverse por la ciudad.

Cons:

La presentación del lugar deja mucho que desear y en los cuartos se escucha todo el ruido del hotel y de las calles, es muy difícil descansar.
El ventilador necesita mantenimiento, a una velocidad mínima hace ruido como si fuera a despegar una avión.
La televisión está cargada de todas las plataformas pero ninguna tiene suscripción, no tiene caso ni encenderla
