Nice hotel, close to the beach and restaurants
Pros:

Nice hotel located in walking distance from the beach. Breakfast buffet was great with lots of choices. Staff are friendly and helpful.

Cons:

The hotel is currently doing major renovations on the upper floors and it was very noisy.

Tôi đã có 1 kỳ nghỉ ở the malibu tuyệt vời. Nhất là đồ ăn sáng rất ngon và chỉn chu, trà chiều tuyệt cú mèo.

Máy lạnh tốt, giường và gối êm, thoải mái.

Cons:

Thiết kế phòng rất xấu và bất tiện, không xứng đáng với giá tiền 3.8 triệu/đêm. Khách sạn sửa chữa đường ống nước, rất ồn ào từ 7g sáng đến 4g chiều. Tuy nhiên, không hề có một chính sách giảm giá hay tặng quà gì cho khách đề đền bù.

Pros:

Located near the beach.

Cons:

Breakfast above average. Pool small. Gym equipments are very basic. Group guests are noisy in the lobby, Public areas in the hotel like hallway, elevator, gym, ... very warm (no air conditioning). A 5 star hotel should not like that.

Pros:

Malibu đẹp, sang trọng và ấm áp. Tôi ấn tượng với tiền sảnh của Malibu và các thiết kế khác dễ thương và đẳng cấp (hồ bơi, bàn ghế sofa, nước uống giải khát khi chờ nhận phòng,...) Buổi ăn sáng khá đa dạng, ngon miệng, đồ ăn tươi mới và trình bày hợp lý, dễ thương. Nhà ăn, phòng ở sạch sẽ, thơm mát, dễ chịu. Nhân viên thân thiện, nhiệt tình và lịch sự.

Cons:

Chắc không có điều gì tôi không thích. Thật sự thì buổi sáng với nhiều món rất hấp dẫn và rất ngon, nước uống cũng ngon lắm. Tôi có một đề nghị nhỏ là tăng tỷ lệ thay đổi món ăn mỗi ngày nhiều hơn nữa nhé.
