Hazardous environment, do not stay before you contact the property and ask about current building up
Pros:

The location is handy, close to major shopping mall, public transport and lots of restaurants. The breakfast was nice

Cons:

The property failed terribly in allowing bookings during solar panel installation plus removing asbestos roofing! this place should have been shut during these updates, but they allowed their guests to be present in the middle of it all. They should be ashamed! I did not stay a single night there, I walked out as soon as I saw what was happening

Me gustó que fue muy cómodo, me sentí en cama al descansar sin tanto ruido. Personal discreto y amable, muy gentiles todos los amé!!

Tal vez podrían mejorar ofrecer agua fría, y para el desayuno té de canela que es más consumido que el té de manzanilla.

Pros:

Me gustó mucho mi estadía en el hotel. La comida me pareció excelente y fue uno de los aspectos que más disfruté. Además, la ubicación es muy conveniente, ya que está cerca del centro de San Salvador, centros comerciales y una gran variedad de restaurantes y lugares para comer. Esto facilita muchísimo poder conocer la ciudad y tener diferentes opciones sin tener que desplazarse demasiado. Sin duda, una experiencia que repetiría.

No encontré ningún punto negativo durante mi estadía. Todo estuvo muy bien.

El staff del Hotel utilizó los datos de la tarjeta de crédito con la que se hizo la reservación para hacer una compra en amazon, al reclamar nadie respondió y solamente se recibieron excusas de su parte. Desaparecieron algunas pertenencias de los huespedes de mi grupo y tampoco se recibió una respuesta de parte del staff.

Great service, Comfortable room, Great food

Reservation was for my disabled mother who utilizes a wheelchair and it hard of hearing. She sais she had the best staff, always helpful even when getting in her Uber when the driver didnt want to help with her wheelchair. I really felt they took care of her and we will be going back in the future. The food was great too and the prices. The room was clean and comfortable. later my aunt joined and was able to share the room with my mom for a reasonable fee. We are definitely going back.

El personal es muy amable. Las areas comunes del hotel son muy hermosas. Tuve un problema con el aire acondicionado en la 1ra habitacion que me asignaron y resolvieron rapido el problema. Ubicacion. Buen Desayuno aunque es poco. Recepcion 24 horas.

Cons:

Los Aires acondicionados no enfrian mucho.
