El personal es muy amable. Las areas comunes del hotel son muy hermosas. Tuve un problema con el aire acondicionado en la 1ra habitacion que me asignaron y resolvieron rapido el problema. Ubicacion. Buen Desayuno aunque es poco. Recepcion 24 horas.

Los Aires acondicionados no enfrian mucho.

Very pleasant, slept well and we were able to get refreshed.
Pros:

Great location for getting to the center of San Salvador, and having the mall within walking distance provided many options for food and shopping. Very clean and well kept, very friendly service.

Cons:

I guess you're not supposed to leave the AC on in the room at all when you are gone. Some of the gifts we brought for our hosts melted during the day while we were gone.

Pros:

El personal súper amable y servicial, el lugar muy tranquilo, desayunos deliciosos, la decoración típica muy acogedora, la red WiFi con excelente velocidad y potencia de señal en las habitaciones. Los patios internos para descansar o trabajar están muy relajantes. Los aires acondicionados se notaban muy nuevos por lo silenciosos. El colchón merece una nota sobresaliente, eran de espuma dura, súper confortable para dormir.

No había colgadores de ropa en el closet.
