Great Hotel close to the Tokyo station & wonderful staff
Pros:

It was well situated for our needs in a nice neighbourhood with decent amenities nearby. The hotel was perfect for getting the Shinkansen to Osaka with a very short walk to the station.The hotel staff were very helpful.

I have no complaints to be honest.

大変、落ち着けて良かったです。
Pros:

病院の近くで、手術後の宿泊が静かに安静に出来た事が良かった。部屋も期待通り清潔で落ち着けて静かで良かった。また、ウェルカムドリンクなどの対応もホットできて良かった。フロントの対応も悪くは無かったが、日本人にはもう少しだけ温かいモノが欲しかった。しかしながら、手術後の辛い身体の為１５時より前に無料でチックインを許して頂けた事には大変感謝しています。
本当にありがとうございました。今後も利用させて頂きたいと思います。

Cons:

簡易チエックアウトが、結局、機械を通さないとダメだった事が残念でした。アパホテルのような、カードをboxに入れるだけのチエックアウトができると良いですね。
