Pros:

The hotel has a really good location. Just a 10-minute walk from Tokyo Station.

Cons:

The room has a humid smell; however, the hotel does not provide a dehumidifier.
The staff at the reception was not very helpful.

Pros:

Very friendly and helpful staff who helped to find suitable locations for food and provided directions. The staff were also on duty during wee hours of the day and were calm and orderly even during sudden occurrences, such as the earthquake I experienced on my last day. It is also very close to Yaechika, the underground mall that leads to Tokyo Station.

Cons:

Older folks may not like the bed or pillows, as they are very soft and may not be suitable. The room I booked was also rather small and cramped, even as a room for two. Other than that, if you're a solo traveler, I highly recommend staying here.

Amazing service
Pros:

The rooms were clean and spacious. The amenities provided were also very useful. They let us check-in early and check our was very quick. The team were also very sweet as to greet us a happy wedding and lovely honeymoon. Overall, amazing service!

Die Lage war perfekt! Wir waren mit dem Zimmerkomfort und Sauberkeit der Betten sehr zufrieden. Das Badezimmer war nicht so gemütlich, zu wenig Ablagefläche, das Bad hat beim rein- und aussteigen geknatscht, zu wenige Aufhängemöglichkeiten im Badezimmer, die Couch hatte hinten unschöne ungereinigte Flächen, und ich hatte den Eindruck dass die Schlappen aus dem Zimmer bereits vorher von einem anderen Gast benutzt wurden und für uns einfach gereinigt wurden.
Das Rezeprionspwrsonal war sehr zuvorkommend und sehr freundlich.
Die Lage war super, uns hat es sehr gut gefallen.
