Fantastic location with easy access to the train stations.
Pros:

Close the both Tokyo Station and Kyobashi station. Walking distance to Ginza.

Cons:

Room was decent but still a little small.

Pros:

We enjoyed staying five nights in this nice hotel. Perfectly located in short Walking Distance from Tokyo Station and Subways. Check in and check out procedure was very easy, the staff was very friendly. Our room was well designed. It felt like someone put a lot of thought into it, to ensure that everything was available that makes a stay very comfortable and pleasant. The breakfast buffet was absolutely great.

Pros:

Excellent location within walking distance of Tokyo Station, making it a convenient base for exploring Tokyo. The hotel is well situated, with easy access to public transport, restaurants and shopping areas. The staff were polite and professional.

Cons:

The room had a distinctive, unpleasant, musty smell reminiscent of an ageing hotel, which was particularly disappointing given the property’s modern appearance. The lighting was also rather poor, making the room feel unnecessarily dark and less welcoming. Additionally, the room was relatively small, with limited space for luggage and personal belongings. Considering these shortcomings, the price seemed rather high for the standard of accommodation provided. Overall, the value for money fell short of expectations.

Great hotel in an excellent location!
Pros:

Location is excellent for Haneda Airport, Tokyo station, subway and Ginza Shopping! Staff are so helpful too! On the trip I stayed at this hotel on 3 separate occasions, having to come in and out of Tokyo for business. Each time the hotel kept my suitcases and placed them in my room for my return - excellent customer service! I also stayed at this hotel last year and hence the reason for my return.

Cons:

I am not keen on the breakfast. The dining room is very small and the selection is not great. Instead I tended to go to a cafe up the road for breakfast! In addition the lifts (elevators) are very slow and often full when they arrive.

Was in a great location close to Tokyo station and the Ginza strip, and was very clean with friendly and helpful staff. Room was always able to be cleaned and this was done to high standard - lovely accommodation overall and would stay again

Cons:

Only complaint was that the wi-fi was not very good which was bit of an issue for an overseas traveller. But this is a very minor complaint!

Pros:

The location was amazing and saved us lots of travel time. 5 mins walk to Tokyo station and 10 mins walk to Ginza. Room size is a little bit small but we were fine since we didn't stay inside the room most of our time.
