Cons:

We ordered non smoking rooms but ended up in smoking rooms. Can’t believe they allow people to still smoke in rooms

Stylish hotel- super location.
Pros:

Extremely modern and stylishly appointed hotel - great 4 star hotel for the price. We arrived an hour before check in and were warmly greeted and allowed to go to our room. Super location 5 minute walk to the Tokyo station, and a 10 minute walk to the Ginza shopping area, with many luxury brand shops. Well appointed room with lovely comfy bed and pillows and nice thread counter linen. Plenty of floor space for suitcases. Lounge area with complimentary afternoon coffee/tea and delicious snacks. Dozens of food choices close by. Definitely recommend.

Great location, recommend to stay!
Pros:

Great location, very close to Artizon museum next to tokyo station. The room is very clean, with all the amenities needed. The staff are very friendly.

Cons:

Only one lift, a bit crowded during high traffic time, but there was a notice and I was well aware and could plan my travel ahead. And there were not enough convenient stores nearby😂 (my preference only, there are actually two 7-11 stores nearby).

Amazing staff, lovely hotel in great location!
Pros:

Staff at front desk were amazing, helped me print documents in a rush as I ran off to the Embassy for last minute meeting. I can't thank them enough!

Pros:

location good if you want to be near tokyo station, the room was avarage' no real place if you travel with 2 or 3 switcases, the breakfest for western people was very dull, almost no selection' will recomend taking a room without it and eat breakfest outside.
