Pros:

Our group had multiple issues with some repeated over multiple rooms. Lights in bathroom out, plumbing fixtures literally pulled out of bath walls (water penetration into walls so mold must be present), room smelled!!! (Mine smelled like someone poured a bottle of mens cologne on carpet, another room had a strange floral smell. I have never had a hotel room smell like either of these smells. One elevator out all week. Breakfast was ok, pretty standard Hampton, nothing extra but staff did resupply quickly. And we did tell desk clerk about issues.

Buyer Beware: Ripoff
Pros:

This franchise is dishonest and does not honor rules setup in their bookings. During multiple attempts to discuss with the manager, the manager was always “in a meeting” or “not available”. Large amounts of time were wasted attempting to resolve an issue that was supposed to refund us for a stay that could not happen due to medically verified reasons. We will no longer stay at a Hampton Inn. Corporate is aware and was also unable to reach the manager. BUYER BEWARE - THIS FRANCHISE WILL RIP CUSTOMERS OFF AND TAKE NO ACCOUNTABILITY.

Disgusting room. Blood stains on bed and walls, Nasty food under both mattresses and used tissues under mattress. Charge 2x after I already paid. Staff have me another room and it wasn’t much better. Then they gave my disgusting room to another guest 5 min later without cleaning it.

I came into town the day before a medical procedure for early in the morning. It was convenient.
Pros:

The front desk staff were friendly and welcoming. The lovely package of bottled water & snacks was a pleasant surprise and very appreciated.

Cons:

Temperpediac mattress would have been awesome.

This hotel should not be associated with the Hilton brand.
Cons:

AC and Wifi did not work following a power outage. The power outage we understand. The inability to recover basic systems after the power outage is unacceptable. Management made no attempt to compensate for the first miserable night of a two night stay.

Woderful place to stay!!!!
Pros:

We stay just one night for our anniversary, the room was cozy, the bed comfortable, pillows were great, the breakfast was great. The only thing that would have made the breakfast better was if biscuits and grave were served.

Cons:

There wasn't anything i didn't like about our stay. We even ask for a later checkout and it was approved, Great place to stay.
