Posizione buona e strutturata accogliente
Pros:

L’hotel è in un bel quartiere, per arrivare al porto veneziano ci vogliono circa 20 minuti a piedi (poco più di 1 km)noi a volte prendevamo la macchina e parcheggiavamo ai confini della città vecchia. La struttura è accogliente e il parcheggio si trova sempre.
La colazione è buona e la puoi prenotare per il giorno successivo

Un deuxième séjour au Creta Elena toujours aussi agréable, avec un accueil chaleureux.
Pros:

C’est la deuxième fois que nous séjournons au Creta Elena et, une nouvelle fois, nous avons été extrêmement bien accueillis. L’équipe est vraiment sympathique, disponible et toujours aux petits soins.

L’emplacement est également idéal : on peut facilement sortir le soir, profiter de La Canée et de ses restaurants tout en étant au calme une fois rentrés à l’hôtel.

Nous avons encore passé un très bon séjour et c’est une adresse que nous gardons précieusement. Je reviendrai certainement lors d’un prochain séjour en Crète !

Merci encore à toute l’équipe pour votre accueil et votre gentillesse.

Cons:

Si je dois vraiment trouver quelque chose… je préfère être au rez-de-chaussée ! 😄 Mais c’est uniquement une question de poids des valises à monter, surtout après quelques jours de shopping en Crète ! Rien à reprocher à l’hôtel… juste à nos valises !

Excellent hotel and will definately re-visit if go back to Chania...
Pros:

excellent hotel very clean and lovely apartment with everything you need ie cutlery, kettle, coffee maker, large fridge, and hob. Supermarket next door which was handy also close to a few bars/bakeries/restaurants on the square if you don't fancy the walk into the main town. Pool was lovely and clean, beds comfy and lovely terrace area at the front to sit out with a view of the pool....
Overall couldn't fault it at all!!

Cons:

about 20 minute walk to centre but this is not really a dislike as the walk was quite nice through the park and plenty of shops along the way..

Pros:

Le personnel est vraiment très courtois, et toujours prêt à nous aider. Notre chambre était très spacieuse et très confortable. La piscine est un plus. Bon petit déjeuner.

Struttura pulita con camere spaziose.
Supermarket a fianco dell'hotel.
Centro raggiungibile in 15 minuti di camminata.

Cons:

Colazione buona ma ripetitiva e senza possibilità di scelta. Servono direttamente la colazione al tavolo; si rischia così di sprecare cibo. Orario di inizio troppo tardi, (dalle 8.30) quindi per 2 volte non ne abbiamo usufruito nonostante avessimo pagato perché dovevamo partire presto per raggiungere spiagge più lontane.
Parcheggio in strada quindi bisogna aver fortuna a trovare posto libero.

Room descriptions differ to what is promised on booking.com. our room type said outdoor view but the 'view' was an internal stone wall. No living area despite being listed in the description.

An extraordinary place to stay close to everything.
Pros:

It’s close to everything. Supermarket is besides the hotel, there’s restaurants close by, pharmacy, the bus stop and a really good chocolate shop just in front of.

You could go to the old center walking ( 15 min) and even to Nea Chora beach if walking is a pleasure.

I would recommend the Archaeological Museum. Someone can go there on bus or by walking. The view from there is spectacular. I went there by bus and came back on foot and it offers you an incredible view and awesome pics. The scenery is unforgettable.

The staff was superb too. I only have words of gratitude to say.

Η τοποθεσία. Η καθαριότητα μέσα και έξω. Η άνεση, τουλάχιστον στο διαμέρισμα που εμείς είχαμε. Η αισθητική του διαμερίσματος, Ο εξωτερικός χώρος. Η δυνατότητα για φύλαξη αποσκευών και τουαλέτα/ντους την ημέρα της αναχώρησης.

Cons:

Δεν υπήρχε κάτι που δεν μας άρεσε. Κάποιες μικρές ελλείψεις και παρατηρήσεις συζητήθηκαν κατευθείαν με την διαχείριση του καταλύματος για τη βέλτιστη διαμονή.
