Ein Schöner Urlaub wir kommen wieder.
Pros:

Zum 2. Mal im Hotel Europa. Wir hatten Frühstück-Mittag u.Abendessen gebucht, die Auswahl, Menge, Qualität alles Top. 4 Sterne Hotel mit Gala Abend,Strandservice und sehr freundlichem Personal.

Excellent hotel, excellent service.
Pros:

Excellent location: shops on one side, beach on the other. Some people mentioned the building or room being outdated, but we have not seen that. The staff were excellent, very helpful. They assisted us in getting airport transfer, which we appreciated greatly. The room was modern and very clean. We stayed in the quadruple room with sea view. I only wish we had an option to not have our towels switched every day: we are perfectly willing to reuse our towels (to save water and energy kind of thing) but we got fresh ones every single day.
We would stay there again.

Cons:

They offer excellent breakfast every morning. The only critique here is that it’s always the same: same kind of eggs, same meats, cheeses, etc. We stayed there 5 nights, and by morning 4 we were tired of the same choices.

Schlechtestes Hotel, in dem wir jemals waren, sehr arrogantes Personal!

Bereits bei unserer Ankunft wurde uns mitgeteilt, dass wir kein Babybett extra reserviert hätten (was wir aber schriftlich Monate vorher gemacht haben und einen Beweis vorlegen konnten!), anschließend bekamen wir statt eines Doppelzimmers ein Dreibettzimmer (laut Rezeptionistin ein Upgrade), in welches aber durch das dritte - nicht gebuchte - Bett aber kein Babybett gepasst hätte.
Auf Nachfrage, ob es ein anderes Zimmer für uns gibt (ein Doppelzimmer, wie wir es auch gebucht haben), wurde erwidert, dass wir dieses Zimmer ja schon benutzt hätten und sie das jetzt nicht mehr reinigen können. (Wir waren in diesem Zimmer eine halbe Stunde.)

Uns wurde dann doch noch ein anderes Zimmer angeboten (weil natürlich in ein kleines Dreibettzimmer nicht noch ein Babybett reingepasst hätte). Das neue Zimmer lag dann im 7. Stock und war ein Doppelzimmer, aber sehr sehr klein, auch darin war eigentlich kein Platz für ein Babybett (welches kaputt war), wir haben es uns aber irgendwie passend gemacht. Das Bad bzw. die Bäder waren viel zu klein, in der Dusche konnte man sich nicht bewegen, geschweige denn ein Baby duschen oder auch sich selbst.

Am 2. Tag unseres Urlaubs hatten wir plötzlich Ameisen im Zimmer (u.a. auch auf der Milchflasche unserer Tochter). Wir haben ein Video und Fotos aufgenommen, um es an der Rezeption zu melden. Daraufhin wurde erwidert, dass wir daran selbst Schuld seien und wir nichts Essbares einfach so rumstehen lassen sollen. Es kam nicht ansatzweise eine Entschuldigung. Die Ameisen waren dann gegen Ende des Urlaubs überall - im Bad, im Bett, auf unseren Sachen und in unseren Taschen, sogar auf uns haben wir auf der Rückfahrt Ameisen entdeckt.
Beim Auschecken haben wir es nochmals gemeldet und wir wurden gefragt, ob wir im Bad was gegessen haben (unser Zimmer lag im 7.!!!!!!!! Stock). Wieder keine Entschuldigung sondern nur arrogantes Getue.

Wir haben den Fall schon bei booking gemeldet, weil es eine absolute Frechheit ist!

Gute Lage, direkt am Strand

Cons:

Sehr unfreundlich beim einchecken, wir hatten zwei Doppelzimmer mit einer Buchung gebucht und bekamen Strandplätze die nicht nebeneinander waren, auf die Reklamation hin wurde dann zwar nach einem Tag getauscht aber im Vorfeld musste ich 3 mal nachfragen.
Das Frühstück war ok aber auch nicht überragend, der Kaffee nicht zu trinken
Das Bett ist unmöglich, sehr schmal und kurz und die Polster hart und unbequem.
Die Klimaanlage in der Zimmern funktionieren nicht gut, am Gang und im Aufzug keine Klimaanlage und gefühlt 40 grad
Das Badezimmer ist in die Jahre gekommen abgewohnt und eine gelbe Klobrille, auch leider nicht sauber, winzig Dusche
Am Balkon kleine Plastistühle die gefühlt zusammenbrechen wenn man sich draufsetzt
