Pésimo servicio por parte de recepción nocturna e instalaciones ineficientes.

Reserve por booking 2 noches y al querer pagar con tarjeta la terminal no servía, no aceptó transferencia y tuvimos que salir a las 11:50pm al cajero a retirar efectivo. Le dijimos que sólo sería una noche y dijo que cancelaramos en la app y así lo hicimos pero para poder cambiar las fechas de reserva necesitábamos la aprobación del alojamiento y dijo que no podía hacer nada. Terminamos pagando la noche y nos cobro habitación para 2 siendo que somos un matrimonio y nos cobro $540 siendo que la noche en habitación doble es de $340. No funcionaba el aire acondicionado y la tele ni siquiera se veía. Al estar subiendo y bajando por detalles de la habitación me percaté que llegaron unos extranjeros, mismos que quisieron pagar con tarjeta y no pudieron, le comentaron si les podía recibir dólares y tampoco... Tuvieron que salir a cambiar y estaba lloviendo muy fuerte.

por el precio no esperar mucho
Pros:

el hotel tiene buena ubicación, por el precio no se puede esperar mucho, solicite factura me la entregaron por un cantidad menor, les comente pero que tenia que mandar un correo mas, la verdad ya estaba por entregar mi comprobación de gasto y esperarme mas tiempo no era posible. el desayuno estaba simple pero rico. Lo que si te sientes como observado de ver cuanto comes.

Cons:

deberian de actualizar los baños y ponerles asientos a las tazas, tienen todos los orificios de drenaje tapados para que no huela, así dejenlos porque si los destapan huele feo, en las camas una tenia un colchon muy bueno y se durmió agusto, pero el otro colchon estaba viejo y duro.
