Pobyt na plus, mimo kilku niedociągnięć.
Pros:

Ogólnie pobyt udany, jednak oferta dotycząca aquaparku jest mało przejrzysta – hotel nie posiada własnego basenu, a korzystanie z zewnętrznego obiektu jest możliwe, ale dodatkowo płatne. Na plus i uznanie zasługuje smaczne śniadanie., czystość, wygodne łóżka, zestaw do prasowania, biurko - generalnie przemyślane.

Cons:

Obsługa recepcji była nierówna – niektóre osoby sprawiały wrażenie mało przyjaznych i dość zdystansowanych wobec gości. Na duży plus natomiast jedna z Pań przy wymeldowaniu, która wykazała się dużym zainteresowaniem, zaangażowaniem i pomogła wyjaśnić wszystkie problematyczne kwestie.

This is a very comfortable hotel and despite being located beside a major roadway, the bedroom was silent. The bed was very comfortable too and we had 2 very enjoyable nights in this hotel. It was also located close to the city centre on foot.

Bardzo maly parking, doslownie 20miejsc, ktore byly dodatkowo platne. To dodatkowy koszt, ktory nie jest na poczatku uwzgledbiany, a nie mozba go ominac.

Najlepszy w okolicy
Pros:

Bardzo wygodne szerokie łóżko. Przytulne, estetyczne i bardzo funkcjonalne wnętrze. Dostęp do Aquaparku (przejściem podziemnym w szlafroku), mini siłownia na miejscu i większa w aquaparku.

Cons:

Niestety tym razem pobrano opłatę za parking, mimo że jest otwarty (ogólnodostępny - szlabany podniesione), każdy może wjechać, zaparkować i odjechać a gości którzy płaca za pobyt obciążyli opłatą. Poprzednio rezerwowałem też innych platform i nie był dopłat. Choć z Bookingu też nie było...
