Great walkable location!
Pros:

Easy walking distance to the harbor and walkable to Camden Yards. Property inside was clean and renovated to keep the history of the building.

Cons:

Outside of the building there were some loud cars and folks at night but that is no fault of the hotel. I would absolutely stay here again.

Overall it was a nice place, very pricey but ok. I wouldn’t necessarily choose it again though.

Cleaning Crews always smiling
Room was well stocked
Breakfast was good

Cons:

The hallways were very warm
Elevators slow
High cost
Front desk staff VERY lacking in service, quality, not friendly, on their phone, not looking up at customer standing there, no eye contact, spoke unclear….just very strange. 2 different people, both unimpressive!

Overall a nice experience, 5min from the harbor is something I definitely didn’t mind

Comfortable Room, Great Location
Pros:

We stayed in a great location, just a couple of minutes from the harbor and the aquarium. The room was big, comfortable

Cons:

The hotel itself was excellent, with a spacious, comfortable room and a great location near the harbor and aquarium. However, we didn’t feel very comfortable walking around the area at night as a family with kids due to the number of nightclubs and people experiencing homelessness. During the day, it was much more enjoyable.

Cons:

The AC was not working and it wasn’t a very pleasant stay. Also, the hotel is nice, but the location is where a lot of homeless and drug addicts are. We saw someone light up a crack pipe right out front!

We would consider staying there again.
Pros:

Location was great, the room was comfortable, the breakfast was definitely well above average.

Cons:

A fire alarm went off at about 7 AM one morning and there was never any explanation for what happened nor any apology.

Pros:

The employees were fantastic.. at first we were uncomfortable. Was patient before saying anything. Once I spoke up they went above and beyond to make our stay the best as expected.

Cons:

The first room AC was not working properly.

But don't let that stop you. They made sure to move us and make it right.
