Room was on the ground (they call it 1st) floor and very noisy from road noise and cars. It was freezing. And because you couldn’t open the curtains because of being on the street it was very dark.

Cons:

We had now air-conditioning in our room for the first two nights of our stay, room temp was constantly in the mid-80's and we had no windows that opened, hardly slept for two nights. Hotel was fully booked so we could not move rooms. It was suggested that the aircon would be fixed on the 2nd day but that did not happen. I was promised text message updates but got nothing. They said they would provide a fan for the room but that never happened. On check out they Comp'ed us for one night only despite the issues running for 2 out of our 3-night stay. Overall, I'd say the place has some poor maintenance issues and admin staff are not customer focused. I'd suggest looking at other hotels in Baltimore before picking this hotel.

We really appreciate the friendliness and helpful of Taylor at the front desk. The complimentary food was great, especially when we checked in.

Cons:

The gentleman who checked us in, while not rude, was not friendly and did not voluntarily tell us any information that would have been useful, such as eeating establishments in the immediate area.
