Cons:

Room was listed as two queen beds with accommodations for up to 5 people. Room actually had two full beds and no cot or pull out for a fifth person. Staff was not helpful.

Pros:

Staff were absolutely great. I arrived really early and he was able to get me into a room early. The room was really clean and tidy and the bed was comfy. The location is right along the green line which was very convenient since I didn’t rent a car for my trip.

Will never recommend this place neither come back in there.

Cons:

The website was giving wrong information. We thought that pet fee was $10 and when we got there (at this time the room was already paid online) I was told it'll be $35 for the night and it was just changed 2 weeks ago. The room was old poor soundproof insulation. There was a kitchen but not a single pans or pot cutlery neither utensils to use for cooking. The tv has very few channels to choose from. The air conditioner/ heater was so loud that kept us up almost all night. And for the price of it atleast a decent breakfast will be nice.

For the value the place was alright.

Cons:

They kept sending me ads in booking messages, even after I pleaded with them to stop.

Had problems with load people above us. Talked to staff at 3:30pm. Didn't get resolved until after 10pm that night. We finally got to move rooms. But it was very late. Not happy at all

Nothing fancy but definitely adequate for a short stay.
Pros:

Fairly clean and up-kept. Location was good; quiet but near a lot of amenities. Lighting in the parking lot was good. Beds were comfy! Bathroom clean and spacious with shelving. Cute sign for do not disturb.

Cons:

Bathroom fan didn’t work, TV didn’t work (didn’t really need to watch much but still), no USB ports just 3-prong outlets, even though the adjoining room had an adapter in the night stand with multiple different ports. The room had some obvious trash/debris that was missed in cleaning, key-cards kept not working. Have to rent equipment for kitchenette aside from a toaster and little coffee maker.
