Booking
I was very disappointed with my stay.
The service was poor from the moment I arrived. I requested assistance with my luggage, but no one ever came, so I had to carry everything myself.
The hotel was extremely crowded, and many of the people around the property were rude. As a female traveler, I also felt very uncomfortable because people were constantly staring, which made the environment feel unwelcoming.
The room was another major disappointment. The bed was very uncomfortable, and there was a strong unpleasant smell that made it difficult to sleep.
Overall, this was not the experience I expected, and I would not choose to stay here again.

This was my 4th time and the worst one
The room wasn't upto standard like before
There wasn't enough coffee mugs
The towels provided were all torn and old
The water in the bathroom was very slow no pressure
The waste bin was dirty and very old
Called room service no reply
Had to call the reception
Requested for 2 extra towels
Normally there are 2 towels in the room
When we entered there was only 1
