Pros:

Établissement silencieux pour la récupération des visites de Vienne. Le très grand plus, la climatisation pour la réparation après des journées caniculaires (39 à 40°)

Bardzo dobra lokalizacja. Do centrum można dotrzeć pieszo lu skorzystać z komunikacji publicznej - przystanek tramwajowy tuż obok lub stacja metra. Bardzo dobre urozmaicone śniadania.

Buena ubicación, a unos 10-15 minutos andando del centro. Desayuno muy bueno, un buen hotel y muy elegante.

Cons:

Recientemente fue reformado y pusieron aire acondicionado y, por decir algo, quizá era un poco ruidoso. Pero nada que impidiera el descanso.

The key return wasn’t too safe. They never made sure who we were when taking the keys making us think anyone could walk off the street and ask for our room numbers and enter our room

Pros:

The hotel has its own charm, service was great, very helpful and polite staff. The location is convenient and many sightseeing places were reachable by foot.
They have been very accommodating about dietary requirements (in our experience, for vegan).

Cons:

Disability access may be challenging for some, due to a few steps to climb from the reception and to the elevator (there may be another route we may not be aware).

Perfect charming historic hotel.
Pros:

This is a lovely old hotel with warm historic vibes. It is kept in excellent condition with comfortable beds and rooms. A quaint original brass elevator and winding staircase. Staff is welcoming, fresh icy cold lemon water at the door. Excellent location close to everything but just off path enough to feel quiet. Loved it!
