Pros:

Hotel położony jest w idealnej lokalizacji do zwiedzania Wiednia. Większość najważniejszych atrakcji można osiągnąć pieszo lub w kilka minut komunikacją miejską.

Cons:

Śniadania rozczarowały. Wybór był niewielki, a część produktów nie sprawiała wrażenia świeżych. Dodatkowo kilka dań było niedostępnych i nie zostało uzupełnionych podczas śniadania. Mam nadzieję, że hotel poprawi jakość i organizację posiłków.

Pros:

Zentrale Lage, eine ÖPNV-Haltestelle ist gleich um die Ecke.
Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit.
Das Frühstück lässt keine Wünsche offen.

Cons:

Leider kommt die Klimaanlage in den Zimmern bei höheren Außentemperaturen offenbar an ihre Grenzen. Die Raumtemperatur ließ sich während unseres Aufenthalts nicht unter 21 Grad einstellen. Das Personal bemühte sich jedoch sehr um eine Lösung und stellte uns einen zusätzlichen Ventilator ins Zimmer.

Albergo con arredamento elegante e raffinato, dai toni vintage assolutamente di mio gusto. Pulitissimo, sia nelle camere che nelle aree comuni (i.e. servizi in reception a disposizione degli ospiti). Dettagli curati, che fanno piacere all'ospite: dal cioccolatino sul letto, al set di cortesia nel bagno, completo di assorbenti interni ed esterni, ai quotidiani cartacei a disposizione degli ospiti, fino alla -gradita merenda - mela - offerta dalla struttura da portare in giro. Posizione centrale ma quieta (dieci minuti di distanza a piedi dalla fermata metropolitana di Karlsplatz). Personale gentile e attento. Check in semplice, veloce. Accoglienza efficiente. Colazione adeguata.

Pros:

This is my second time staying at this hotel. Both times everything was wonderful. It's worthy of a 4-star hotel. The staff is very friendly.
The location is great, it's in a quiet neighborhood, and the city center is just two tram stops away.

Cons:

Breakfast could be more varied.

Pros:

Чудовий готель. Розташування, комфорт, персонал. Головне, що можна забронювати платну парковку, але це дуже зручно у Відні. Гарний ресторан, який пропонує локальні віденські страви. Дуже смачно. До старого міста хвилин 20 помірним шагом. Смачні та поживні сніданки.

Charming hotel for those who like a quiet and beautiful place
Pros:

It's an old fashioned (but not junk)nice hotel with history. Beautiful cozy rooms with high ceilling. It's clean, quiet twice( double doors! No neibours are heard from inside), thick walls and good windows help avoid street noise. Good sleep. Air conditioner. Welcome water. Special thanks to the hotel staff for the birthday wishes and cupcakes found in the room after a hard tourist day on my birthday. Location is very good both for the walking -20 min. to the center, or transport option - 4 min to U1 station. Breakfast is good standard buffet with several meal plan choices, but not various changes from day to day. Polite and helpful staff. All that you have to do - enjoy your stay
