Ideal location for a 3 night stay in Vienna
Pros:

Great quality hotel. Big enough to have all we needed but small enough for a personal touch. Location was ideal. Couple of minutes from a metro station and only 5 minutes walk from Karlsplatz.

Cons:

Nothing to call out.

Excellent value for a quality hotel in a good setting
Pros:

Absolutely lovely and attentive staff. Good room. Hotel an excellent value in a great location. The side street it's on, Mozartgasse, has a lovely little fountain just outside the hotel entrance that is a nice place to sit and relax.

Cons:

My only room complaint: the air conditioning seemed to be a little fussy and I couldn't get it to operate in fan mode when it was a little stuffy in the room and I just wanted fresh air. (Granted, I didn't ask the hotel staff about this, so this is also on me.)

Breakfast was standard European hotel breakfast, decent coffee, good bread; perplexingly, the pastries were very good the first day but not so great the remaining three days.

早餐非常丰富～ 虽然是比较老的酒店了，不过房间整体设施维护得很不错，就是吹风机比较老旧了。给的房间虽然临街，但是不会吵闹，因为在高层，每天可以看朝阳和晚霞，很漂亮。最满意的是前台的服务，提的需求都会尽可能满足，也很耐心，每天 small talk 很开心～
