Superb view and location and wonderful staff make the Hotel Am Parkring a real winner!
Pros:

The view from the balcony was spectacular! And the location in front of a charming park is absolutely fabulous. At the hotel desk, Marlena and Verona were solid gold! Also, one of the cleaning staff, a tall young brunette with braids, was extremely helpful and considerate. We enjoyed our stay so much that we returned there for one night before our flight back, and Marlena, Verona and the staff made us feel as if we were coming home. Hotel Am Parkring did much to make our stay in Vienna unforgettable, and we will always be grateful. So much so, that we now are considering returning to Vienna and staying there again!

Mi-a placut ca au avut á-là-carte la micul dejun si am avut niste mici probleme cu oul Benedict dar au fost rezolvate intr-un final

Am rezervat o camera de cuplu cu balcon si mic dejun inclus, asta arata atunci cand am facut rezervarea,cand am ajuns la receptie cu toate ca nu am avut camera gata nici macar la ora 15:00 a trrbuit sa asteptam in receptie fara sa fim intrebati macar daca pot sa ne serveasca din partea hotelului pentru asteptare cu o cafea, trecand peste aceasta, la receptie ni s-a spus ca nu avem mic dejun inclus in rezeevare ceea ce mi s-a parut foarte dubios, am spus ok, nu-i problema ca platim, problema e ca nici macar in hoteluri de 5 stele sau 5 stele Superior nu platesti 33 € daca nu ma insel de persoana, extrem de exagerat, avand in vedere varietatea pe care o aveau à-là-carte! Nu ma refer la Bufet! Aveti mare grija cand rezervati la acest hotel daca aveti micul dejun inclus altfel platiti cum am platit eu cu iubita mea aproape 70€ doar pentru micul dejun! Sa va fie rusine si Managerul hotelului care nu gestioneaza angajatii pe Housekeeping, cu siguranta nu au angajati suficienti si de aceea trebuie sa asteptati in Lobby, pana este camera gata! Sper ca acest Review sa il luati cu atentie in considerare!!!!!! Mai ales tu Managerule, nu va mai ganditi sa bagati doar bani in buzunar si sa va doara in fund de angajati!

A Memorable Anniversary Stay

We had a wonderful stay at Hotel Am Parkring Vienna.
The hotel is perfectly located next to the City Park, and most of Vienna’s main attractions and museums can be reached on foot by walking through the city’s beautiful streets.
Our room was on the 11th floor and offered a stunning view of the city. It was very quiet, and we slept extremely well throughout our stay. The room was spacious, comfortable, and equipped with a minibar.
A lovely Happy Hour is offered on the 11th floor from 3:00 pm to 5:00 pm, with coffee, tea, and delicious pastries.
The breakfasts were excellent, with a wide selection of cheeses, cold cuts, smoked salmon, porridge, cereals, fresh juices, fruits, and vegetables. Guests can also order their favorite egg dish, freshly prepared for them.
The hotel also has an observation terrace on the 13th floor, where you can relax with a cup of coffee and enjoy breathtaking views of Vienna.
During our stay, we were celebrating a special anniversary. When making the reservation, I mentioned that we would appreciate a quiet room with a nice view. Imagine our surprise when the hotel welcomed us with a thoughtful gift: a bottle of sparkling wine, fruit, and chocolates. We were truly touched by this gesture.
This level of care says a lot about the hotel and how much it values its guests.
We would gladly stay at this hotel again on our next visit to Vienna, and we will happily recommend it to our children and friends.
Our sincere thanks to the hotel and all its staff for making our stay so special.
