A wondiplace to stay in Vienna!
Pros:

That it is a small hotel on the top 3 floors of a bank building, in a perfect location. The rooms are special, attractive, comfortable with everything we needed. Beautifully furnished and up to date, including enough connections for many devices.
I stayed first in a large room on the 11th floor, opposite a 2 roomed suite. shared by 3 members of my family.
On a second visit alone I had a single room on the 13th floor, with a large balcony. The view over Vienna from all rooms was fabulous. The breakfast room is another delight and the breakfast is quality top nosh.
The staff were very friendly, helpful and accommodating.
In case you think that I have gone overboard! I’ve never written such a positive review of any hotel I have previously stayed in. I travel a lot!

Cons:

Both my sister and I were each charged for an extra 3 breakfasts (6 totalling €300) which we didn’t have. A mistake probably made because there were 3 of us in the suite and one in the double room. Still, it shouldn’t have happened and it was lucky that we checked.

I would recommend the hotel to friends and come again.
Pros:

Breakfast was excellent.
Location was so good that we could walk to lots of places.
Staff was friendly and helpful.
Cleanliness was superb.

Cons:

We were upset when our request for a booking at a restaurant wasn't made, as had been promised by the staff. We were lucky there was a vacant table for us on arrival.
We were rather concerned when extra breakfasts had been added on to our bill at check out. I only noticed because my friend had noticed it on her bill before me. Luckily we noticed in time and it was rectified.

I appreciated the hotel's quiet and peaceful atmosphere, and I was very impressed with the receptionist – she was very professional, kind, welcoming, and always smiling. She served us on Saturday, June 27th. The hotel breakfast was delicious and varied, and the restaurant was pleasant with a beautiful view of Vienna. The only thing that could have been nicer was the lady serving guests at breakfast. She was too formal and created a tense atmosphere.

Cons:

Unfortunately, I won't be returning to this hotel due to the behavior of one of the receptionists. The next day, June 28th, I asked to extend my stay by a few hours. One of the receptionists agreed for 20 euros. The second receptionist checked the system and said the room was unavailable and that we could extend our stay by a few hours, but for 40 euros. It's worth noting that the hotel wasn't crowded at all; it was a 40-degree heatwave, and the hotel was truly deserted, with only a few people at breakfast. I believe he lied to us and that this is a scam, a scam that shows a lack of empathy and understanding.

Exceptional views of Vienna!
Pros:

The view is amazing!! Highly recommend booking a room with a balcony. I could even hear the opera when I was sitting outside on my balcony. Breakfast is great with a variety of options, including salmon and sparkling wine. Stayed in the single room which had more than enough space for a single traveller.
