Pros:

Tolles Hotel in erster Reihe zum See. Renovierte, moderne Zimmer ( wir hatten Seeblick, sehr schön ! ). Sehr nettes Personal. Promenade und Restaurants direkt vor der Tür, Altstadt und Geschäfte "um die Ecke"

Un chouette weekend au Tessin
Pros:

L'emplacement de l'hôtel est top.
Le petit déjeuner en terrasse très bon, varié et produits frais.
Le personnel était agréable.
Les lits confortables
Le ticino ticket est super top. Trains et bus gratuits partout au Tessin!!!

Cons:

Un petit moins pour les confitures qui pourraient facilement être meilleures...
Point à améliorer: le 3e lit demandé dans la chambre n'était pas fait quand nous sommes arrivés et les 3 clés magnétiques ne fonctionnaient pas. J'ai dû faire 2 allers et retours à la réception. Mais la réceptionniste était sympa et disponible.

Der Aufenthalt hat mir sehr gut gefallen. Zimmer wie auch Aussicht waren perfekt für mich.
Pros:

Die Aussicht war sehr schön. Frühstück hat mir auch gefallen. Und es gab durchgehend Kaffee. Gab nichts zu bemängeln.

Client habitué de cet hôtel depuis des années, je le recommande vivement. Mention particulière pour la gentille réceptionniste qui a patiemment écouté le récit quotidien de mes randonnées, me permettant ainsi de pratiquer mon italien : grazie mille ! Petit-déjeuner exceptionnel dans un cadre magnifique, propreté irréprochable, situation géographique parfaite, proche de tout.

Top Lage aber in der Hochsaison zu teuer.
Pros:

Hotel in erster Reihe
Frühstück sehr gut,ausser Wärme Eier haben gefehlt.

Cons:

Personal super freundlich,ausser beim auschecken hätte die Dame wohl schlecht geschlafen.
Preis am Wochenende für ein Doppelzimmer völlig übertrieben.Fotos täuschen sehr.Zimmer sehr klein.
