Super Aufenthalt
Pros:

Sehr nettes Personal, super Lage direkt am See in wenigen Gehminuten auf der Piazza Grande. Das Frühstück war sehr fein, viel Auswahl es fehlte an nichts.

Sunny weekend by the lake.
Pros:

The hotel is well positioned by the lake which makes the feel exceptional. Cafes and restaurants are just on the same promenade. Comfortable and clean room with a small balcony and gorgeous views of the lake. Delicious breakfast.

Very comfortable, clean and well-located with friendly, helpful staff.
Pros:

The reception staff were very friendly, welcoming and helpful. The receptionist explained that I could get a reduced price for parking at a very nearby and convenient car park with a print-off from the hotel. She also gave me a Ticino pass which gets you free bus travel and reductions in prices for some tourist attractions. I had a corner room with a balcony which was comfortable, quiet and spotlessly clean. The first thing that I noticed when I entered the room was how clean and fresh that it smelled! The location is very central for train station, car parks, tourist attractions and restaurants. I also got price reductions for some local restaurants. The hotel common areas were nice and there was a play area with a fussball table. Overall, I very much enjoyed my stay and would have no hesitation recommending this hotel.
