Pros:

Localização, limpeza, atendimento desde a recepção até o time do restaurante todos extremamente atenciosos, educados e prestativos.
O café da manhã extremamente satisfatório, o almoço também bem satisfatório e saboroso.

Cons:

A única reclamação a fazer foi que o sinal de wi-fi no 5º andar (não sei nos demais) estava oscilando muito e com isto houve momentos que gerou um desconforto durante algumas atividades que estava executando no notebook.

Cons:

O quarto era sofrível. Nunca me hospedei em hotel com chão tão sujo. Parecia que nunca foi limpo. A acomodação, de um modo geral, deixou muito a desejar. Há alternativas melhores e mais baratas na região.
