Good, but not enough for the price
Pros:

Breakfast was fantastic, various options of high quality. The staff was very nice to talk with and resolved our issues quickly. The Hotel is in a good location and close to the places I wanted to go.

Cons:

The room wasn´t in the greatest condition, specially the bathroom. For the price of the hotel I expected a much better experience.

Em uma próxima estadia no Rio irei avaliar outras opções/por falta de transparência.

A localização é boa e o café da manhã atende a expectativa, embora estive muito cheio e com demora na reposição dos itens, até mesmo talheres.

Cons:

Eu fiz a reserva para cama de casal e recebi uma mensagem informando que talvez não fosse possível, o que gerou uma expectativa negativa, embora no momento do check in tenha conseguido a cama de casal.
O ponto mais negativo é que na plataforma do Booking consta que possui estacionamento e que NÃO precisa de reserva. Ao chegar ao local, não tinha vaga de estacionamento mais e, o recepcionista informou que está sujeito a disponibilidade e, em NENHUM MOMENTO, isso consta na plataforma do Booking, tendo inclusive o recepcionista informado que ESSES ERROS ACONTECEM da parte do Booking, ou seja, se eximindo da responsabilidade do hotel.
É importante que esse tipo de informação condiza com a VERDADE e que esteja claro no momento da reserva.

Pros:

A pizzaria do hotel é excelente.

Cons:

Havia problema na maçaneta do banheiro. Não havia "kit" para higiene; só foi disponibilizado um pequeno sabonete. A garagem estava toda molhada... parecia haver algum vazamento.
