Good but basic.
Pros:

We stayed in a studio apartment. It was clean and basic. Bed comfy. Hot water took forever to warm up. No coffee machine, tiny container of milk, no soy milk available, no biscuits. No where to charge phone in bedroom. Five stars to the restaurant, which served delicious food.

Had a lovely stay, was very convenient. Would definitely book again!
Pros:

We chose this hotel because it was close to Valentine Sports Park where my daughter had an event. It was an easy 5-10min drive to the venue. We liked that it was within easy walking distance to Woolworths, Cafe and shops. It was also close to both the Bella Vista & Norwest Metro line.

Spacious and comfortable
Pros:

I was very surprised on how big the room was, the beds were very comfortable and an added bonus was the washing machine and dryer. And also the cafe down stairs made beautiful coffee and brought it up to the room. Will stay again if we are in the area

Great hotel for Baulkham Hills area. Well maintained premises with great security setup.
Pros:

Well presented and well maintained hotel. Great location for Valentines sporting field. Shops and restaurants close by for easy access.
