I was upgraded which was a nice surprise.

Cons:

Unfortunately the weather came in bad late in the day so it was not a good time to enjoy the pool & the jacuzzi was not warm either.

Delighted. I have no regrets!
Pros:

It was centrally located, very close to Bugis Junction Mall and MRT. We could walk across to the mall for meals and undertake shopping in the area nearby. The Hindu and Chinese temples were very close.

Cons:

Rooms were small. Not sure whether this was comparable to other hotels.

Lovely hotel and fantastic location.
Pros:

The hotel was lovely and a perfect location to explore the city and the shopping malls. The hotel was lovely and clean and the staff were very helpful. I would recommend this hotel for a stay in Singapore.

Cons:

Nothing to dislike.

Loved my stay at the hotel and thank you to the staffs.
Pros:

The staff were also smiling and welcoming, helped all the time immediately and attentive to everything. Rooms were kept clean everyday, the pool was nice, food was great as well. Overall, a great stay. Cleaning lady on 11th floor is such a lovely person.

Cons:

They didn’t have world cup broadcast in the hotel, i had to go watch the football matches at 3am, far away by taxi.

Fantastic
Pros:

Stayed at the Executive Loft with my kids. The room comes with a panoramic view of the skyline of Downtown Singapore. The loft with the connecting staircase is a big hit with the kids who couldn't bear to depart on the last day. The infinity pool is another big draw with the kids. Will come back again.

Cons:

Varieties could be improved at the morning buffet.

One front staff could do better.

Pros:

Great location walking distance from many hawker centre , malls, bus stop and Mrt station. Staff polite and helpful.

Cons:

Booked signature loft room but changed room to twin room , while loft room bigger it wasn't better for me and mum. Had a more comfortable rest in twin room.
