Great location with a fabulous balcony for people watching

Everything was perfect!
Sotiris, our host, was very nice and helpful, he recommended us a lot of places for eating and let us know of some events that were taking place during our stay.

Wonderful location, right in the heart of the Old Venetian Harbour. The views are absolutely amazing, and all the main sights and restaurants are literally just a few steps away. The apartment is beautiful, spacious, comfortable, very clean, and has everything you need for a pleasant and relaxing stay. The host, Sotiris, is friendly, attentive, and was always available whenever we had any questions. Thanks to him, we felt truly welcome. It is a beautiful historic building that offers all the comfort and amenities you need for a wonderful stay.
Meget sentral beliggenhet, store, fine og avkjølte rom med store vinduer uten innsyn fra naboer og behagelige senger og deilig sofa. Genuint hyggelig og hjelpsom husvert, veldig god frokost servert av blide damer på et trivelig lite hotell rett over gaten. Tilgang til skjermet terrasse/bakgård.
Fikk en ubuden gjest på besøk, en kakerlakk. Fikk vite av husverten at skadedyrbekjempelse gjøres regelmessig, men at det likevel kan skje en gang iblant, noe man kanskje må regne med i en gammel bygård rett over restaurantene langs bryggekanten.

Pas mal de bruit le soir en raison des établissements autour. Accès difficile pour personnes agées à cause des escaliers. Ne pas sous-estimer les difficultés pour transporter les bagages, le centre historique étant inaccessible en voiture et les solutions de parking peu nombreuses (très difficile le weekend!).
Location right on the beautiful harbor—amazing view all day long, and especially at sunrise and sunset! Plenty of room for a family of five to sleep, with comfortable beds (3 twin upstairs and 1 queen downstairs) and excellent air conditioning for a good night’s sleep even during a heatwave.
The host Sotiris was easy to reach by WhatsApp and gave great recommendations.
Our family of five recommend this lovely property! Be aware that even though there’s plenty of room for five people, there is only one small bathroom, which requires some planning! Also, there are only stairs to get to the apartment, no elevator.

The location could not have been better! We could spend hours in the balcony watching the harbor. It was the best view in town. The apartment was very comfortable and the host was very helpful, offering many great recommendations!

Perfect location, beautiful beautiful decorations, furniture, good AC, 11/10 all around. The owner of the building even came to say hello and told us the history of the building and his family who has been there 150+ years. He was so nice and genuinely concerned with us having a perfect stay.

Perfect location right above the old harbor, amazing views, secure easy access. Historic building. We loved it. Our host was Sotiris, just absolutely fantastic host, couldn't imagine anyone being more helpful and friendly - really made the trip - helped arrange arrival, and gave us many recommendations for food and activities.
