Perfect location!
Pros:

The location could not have been better! We could spend hours in the balcony watching the harbor. It was the best view in town. The apartment was very comfortable and the host was very helpful, offering many great recommendations!

Pros:

Perfect location, beautiful beautiful decorations, furniture, good AC, 11/10 all around. The owner of the building even came to say hello and told us the history of the building and his family who has been there 150+ years. He was so nice and genuinely concerned with us having a perfect stay.

Perfect location, amazing host, historic building, easy access to everything.
Pros:

Perfect location right above the old harbor, amazing views, secure easy access. Historic building. We loved it. Our host was Sotiris, just absolutely fantastic host, couldn't imagine anyone being more helpful and friendly - really made the trip - helped arrange arrival, and gave us many recommendations for food and activities.

Cons:

absolutely no complaints. We would completely recommend.

Pros:

We had a wonderful stay at Erietta Suites. The location was excellent, literally above restaurants with beautiful views of the harbor. Despite being so central, it still felt relaxed and peaceful when we returned at the end of the day.

Absolutely stunning location, perfect for exploring old town, relaxing. Definitely worth the 40 steps up to the room. Very helpful check in and recommendations. Meet all our expectations.

Wonderful villa with fabulous location
Pros:

Lovely villa with a wonderful view across the harbour.
Our host was fantastic.
The bathroom and shower were quite small - but not unexpected in an old property.
There are 42 stairs up to the villa but they are manageable and our host helped us carry our luggage up and down the stairs.
Breakfast is in the neighbouring hotel and is excellent.
There is no washing machine but the hotel offers a laundry service that is reasonably priced and the clothes are returned the same day.

Right in the heart of Old Town with great views
Pros:

We had a really lovely stay at Erietta Suites. The location is absolutely perfect, right in the heart of Old Town, and the view from the apartment is breathtaking, overlooking the harbor and lighthouse, it’s truly a prime spot.

The host was very friendly and helpful, always ready with great recommendations and flexible with anything we needed, which made our stay very smooth and comfortable.

Overall, a great place to stay in Chania, and we would definitely recommend it!
