Pros:

New Haroula is a real gem. Beautiful boutique hotel in an amazing location, very short stroll to centre of Fira. Our room was spacious, beautiful balcony overlooking the pool. The pool was quiet, plenty of sunbeds. Highly recommend New Haroula as a base in Fira. Maria, the manager was very helpful and friendly, especially welcoming to our two children.

Cons:

Upon check in they got confused with my cancelled booking and emphasised that my cancelled booking was the right one. Furthermore at 6am a man who happens to be their staff unlocks my room door and walks in. Upon checking with the staff they said it was a mistake. Something unacceptable to me

Il punto di forza della struttura? Sicuramente la posizione 5 minuti a piedi dai punti panoramici di Firà e 3 minuti dalle vie centrali (ristoranti, bar,supermercati, discoteche). La gentilezza delli staff ci è rimasta nel cuore, hanno soddisfatto ogni nostra richiesta! Le camere sono un po’ datate, ma davvero pulite e con tutto il necessario!!! La zona piscina molto curata, ci hanno permesso di trascorrere in piscina l’ultima giornata anche oltre l’orario del chech out, il deposito bagagli è gratuito!!

A localização era excelente e a Maria muito atenciosa. Inclusive pedimos para trocar para um quarto melhor, mais novo, e ela prontamente nos atendeu.

Patron and staff were lovely and couldn't be more helpful. Location is very close to the centre but located down a quiet street. The room was a bit on the small side, but was kept in good order and was very clean. We had a lovely 4 days and I'm happy to recommend the hotel.

Cons:

Bathroom was a bit cramped, but the water was always hot so no big deal.
