Central clean and comfortable hotel. Easy walk into town
Pros:

Location. Pool was lovely and the rooms were clean and comfortable

Cons:

Cost per night. But I think that was just Fira rather than this specific hotel

La posizione eccellente praticamente si è nel pieno centro di fira e a 10 minuti dalla fermata dei bus.Lo staff è di una gentilezza unica ci hanno fatto lasciare i bagagli sia all arrivo che dopo il check out,e quando siamo andare a riprenderli abbiamo potuto usufruire del bagno per cambiarci.Sono molto cordiali e ti spiegano tutto per visitare al meglio l'isola.Si ha la possibilità di affittare quad o motorini stesso li ma non saprei i prezzi perché non sapendolo prima li abbiamo presi al centro. Inoltre le camere sono ben strutturate con aria condizionata e pulizia e cambio asciugamani giornaliero,anche il bagno è buono e funzionante

Best people with the best location!
Pros:

Maria & Louis look after you like family from the moment you arrive! The New Haroula is a close walk to everything, the major bus station, supermarket, shops and restaurants. We loved coming back to the pool on a hot day to relax- it is beautiful here!

Pros:

O hotel é muito bem localizado, muito limpo, cuidado, e a simpatia e acolhimento da proprietária é impressionante. Sentimo-nos como se estivéssemos em casa. Esperamos retornar outras vezes.

Cons:

Só achei que deveria colocar box no banheiro, ao invés de cortinas, pois molha muito o chão.

The place is very nice, very clean indeed. It is close to center, very convenient to walk to the restaurant nearby, and the shops alike. Very nice staff.

Cons:

The room was on the side of the hotel towards the street. Sometimes the noise from the cars could be heard. However with the windows closed, it is quiet.
