Pros:

Muy amable la recepcionista, explicación de todo. Es un hotel pequeño y antiguo así que te traslada al pasado. Muy bueno el desayuno (costo adicional).

Cons:

Las almohadas no tienen protector y están descuidadas (manchas) , las fundas un poco sucias. Y el baño no tiene ventilación.

Todo excelente!
Pros:

El hotel es muy bonito y con una decoración impecable, las habitaciones son amplias, están limpias y las camas muy cómodas. El desayuno delicioso, variado y abundante y todo el personal fue muy amable, especialmente Cristina, gracias por todo!

Cons:

Sólo sugeriría unos bancos plegables para apoyar las maletas, pero tampoco es que sea un problema.

Hotel ben situat, en un edifici tradicional que manté una cuidada decoració amb molts elements antics. El servei es molt amable i atent. Habitació bonica amb tot el necessari.

Cons:

Cal pujar les maletes per escales altes i estretes. L'esmorzar és correcte, bons Ous i fruita, però el cafè i la part dolça podria ser millor.

Pros:

Heel mooi hotel. We zaten helemaal bovenin. We hadden buiten een lekker terras om te kunnen zitten. Het ontbijt was ook super lekker. Personeel erg vriendelijk. Puebla is erg mooi voor 2 nachten.

Cons:

De bedden hadden wat breder mogen zijn en lagen wat hard.

Lovely & cozy place
Pros:

Great location, very kind staff, delicious breakfast and very nice interior of the room!

Cons:

The hot water takes long to start and varies in temperature, low pressure, is though a common problem in many places here. One can hear the street noise pretty well, wasn't an issue for me though.
