Definitely some where I would stay again as it's location is pretty good.
Pros:

The location, the breakfast, the staff and the size of the room were all really good. We stayed in the junior suite.

Cons:

Our view was a construction site, but at least there wasn't any noise as it was a religious holiday. But looks the the jackhammering is done as it's just all dirt now. But we only really slept in the room.

Подушки огромные, спать на них невозможно. Персонал совершенно не клиентоориентированный, Изначально без нашего согласия нас поселили в номер другой категории, на следующий день обязали переселяться, причем в 10 утра выселили из предоставленного изначально номера, а новый номер был готов только к 15.00, в результате часть времени мы оказались просто без номера. Полотенца не разрешают брать на пляж - так не положено. Мы просили поздний выезд, на протяжении всего нахождения не могли согласовать поздний выезд, нас сначала просили прийти накануне отъезда, потом сказали, что накануне ничего не могут сказать, приходите утром в день отъезда, предлагали переселиться на поздний выезд в другой корпус. В результате после долгих обсуждений согласовали номер на поздний выезд. При выезде мы заказали трансфер в аэропорт на 16.00, трансфер приехал, но на ресепшн нас попросили ждать, ничего не объясняя. В результате через 15 минут, когда мы стали нервничать, что будем опаздывать в аэропорт выяснилось, что они проверяют номер, что мы ничего там не испортили или не забрали лишнего. Причем никто не торопился проверять. Пришлось настаивать ускорить проверку, чтобы мы могли уехать. В номере все было в порядке. Остался неприятный осадок и от начала и от завершения проживания.

Pros:

Staff are always lovely and go above and beyond to be helpful. Great location. Rooms are on large side which makes it an easy place to stay

Pros:

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The staff are amazing, kind, helpful, happy and very efficient.
Accommodation, food, pool area all good.

Cons:

The ladies toilets in the front foyer has a door that does not lock correctly. Please fix this.
