The staff were extremely polite and welcoming. The facilities were wonderful. The Japanese head spa was delightful.

Cons:

The only thing we didn’t like were the huge heavy pillows on the bed. We found them very uncomfortable.

Clean, friendly and beachfront!
Pros:

The kids said the beds were the most comfortable they had ever slept in! The staff were lovely and the water felt cleaner at this resort. The block next door is cleared so we didn't experience any construction noise while there and it was a great view to the ocean with nothing next door but it was dusty and I'd had to think about the noise when they are rebuilding. I would stay again after the rebuild next door - SO CLEAN!

Tha Bandha Hotel staff were above & beyond amazing.
The rooms were lovely, we stayed in 2. 1 room by the pool and the other was a suite overlooking the Mozarella restaurant & pool area, which was absolutely beautiful, with our own Jacuzzi on the verandah.. It was fantastic & spacious through out the whole suite.

Cons:

Our first room was a pool side room which we love as we spend so much time in the pool which was why we booked it but it was freezing. You could not stay in it as we were also in the shaded area. It was really disappointing 😞
The room fridges need to be bigger, they are way to small.
With beds were comfortable but the pillows were terrible.
