Pros:

Pros:

Thoroughly enjoyed the suite we stayed in overlooking the front pool. We had our own spa bath on the verandah & Daybed & so much room in the suite. The facilities were excellent.

Cons:

There wasn't any fruit like the other rooms or milk for tea & coffee & the pillows as usual in Bali were either to soft or to firm & because of the size you couldn't use both.. I will be bringing my own from now on..

Fantastic location, brilliant huge rooms and great staff
Pros:

The junior suite was huge! Photos dont do it justice. The first ever hotel I’ve stayed at where the room is bigger than what it is in the photos.

Cons:

As polite and wonderful as it was the staff would come and knock on the door to spray the room for mosquitoes at eight or 9 pm when we had already been asleep and got woken.

The staff were extremely polite and welcoming. The facilities were wonderful. The Japanese head spa was delightful.

Cons:

The only thing we didn’t like were the huge heavy pillows on the bed. We found them very uncomfortable.
