Pros:

Die Lage ist gut und das Gebäude selbst sehr schön. Das Frühstück war hervorragend, es blieben keine Wünsche offen.

Cons:

Was uns überhaupt nicht gefallen hat, war das Zimmer. Wir hatten ein Standard-Zimmer gebucht. Dieses war nicht renoviert. Das Bad war schätzungsweise aus den 80ern. Das Mobiliar noch älter und leider auch ziemlich abgenutzt. Über dem Mini-Balkon hing eine schon leicht zerrissene Markise. Einfach überhaupt nicht schön.

Tolles, kompetenter und sehr freundliches und hilfsbereites Personal. Speisen, Frühstück und Getränke waren hervorragend. Schönes Schwimmbad und Saunabereich.

Cons:

Die Zimmer sind ein wenig in die Jahre gekommen und müssten auf neueren Stand gebracht werden. Keine Steckdose am Nachttisch und das Bad mit Wanne zum Duschen zu gefährlich, unbequem und nicht zeitgemäß. Für den gebotenen Standart ist der Zimmerpreis zu hoch

Sehr geschmackvolle und hochwertige Einrichtung.
Personal überwiegend freundlich und zuvorkommend. Aber leider nur überwiegend….

Cons:

Bei einer derart hochpreisigen Zimmerkategorie kann man einen Kaffee- und Teeautomaten auf dem Zimmer erwarten.
Das Hotel hat keine Regenschirme für die Gäste. Und das im regenreichen Sauerland….💦
Beim Frühstück läuft Radio Sauerland mit Werbung und allem was dazu gehört. Sehr unromantisch für ein Frühstück im Romantikhotel!
