Perfect location near the beach and mall, quiet area.
Pros:

Perfect location, near Kuta Beach and many facilities around. You will find everything close to the hotel. It’s a quiet area and the staff were nice and helpful.

Cons:

The breakfast could have been better. 9am and almost everything was finished, with no second serving. More simplier choices would have been nicer.

Good value for money
Pros:

Very good value for money. Good location. Lovely hotel. Rooms very clean.

Cons:

I can't think of anything that could have been better. The Wi-fi didn't work for one day but they had it fixed very quickly.

- Pas d’ascenseur donc avec les valises pas facile mais quelqu’un pour aider à monter et descendre les valises.
- le petit déjeuner resté dehors trop longtemps nous a rendu malade! A 9h30 il n’y avait plus rien et pas de remise de plat..
nous avons donc abandonné le petit déjeuner les autres matinée de peur de retomber malade. Je l’ai signalé à l’accueil mais rien! Pas même des excuses !!
- Menage partiellement fait, j’ai vidé mon thé dans l’évier le jour de notre arrivée et il celui ci n’a jamais été nettoyé, de plus la serpillière utilisée n’était pas rincée résultat une sale odeur après le passage du personnel de ménage.

Great location and value
Pros:

Lovely outdoor spaces including pool. Staff amazing. Large room with AC and always hot shower. Breakfast excellent and varied. Left bags there for an island visit and rebooked. Good location to walk to bars and the beach. Wifi excellent. Great value.,

Cons:

Some construction noise but off season and was warned.

Pros:

Very comfy beds, nice private, quiet and spacious rooms. Excellent value for money. Pool is nice for a cool down after shopping. Cant comment on breakfast. Great location, many shops/restaurants/massage places within steps and a modern mall 10 mins walk away. 10 mins walk to the beach also.

Cons:

Staff did their job but werent super friendly during our stay.
