Love the location! Perfect for everything, fantastic area we loved the whole vibe
Nothing it was perfect, comfy compact room, had everything we needed and a cute balcony. Super comfy bed. Super friendly staff! Beautiful location
The staff were pleasant and the room/bath were clean and spacious. The AC worked great.
The staff is only present from 9-5:30. Our room was on the 5th floor but the elevator only went up 4 floors so luggage had to be hauled up a very European steep stairs to the 5th and of course, down again upon checkout. The neighborhood was great to wander around for food and drink but we didn't check the location very well for proximity to museums and tour starting points. Amsterdam is a very walkable city but 40 minutes to the Rijks and Van Goh was a trek for 2 70 year olds. We tried the tram but the walk to the #5 wasn't worth it and Uber was about $40 each way so walking helped us lose the beer and pancake excesses. By the way, Winkle 43 bar, which is close by, has great Dutch apple pie(looks like cake to me).
Great location, modern, comfortable beds, stylish interior, very clean
The rooms are very compact. We’re a family of 4 and our suitcases took up any of the floor space which my husband didn’t like. The comfortable beds made up for the lack of floor space.

Our room was a bit small.
This is a great, boutique hotel, close to the center of Amsterdam. It felt like we were in an authentic part of the city, walking distance to multiple pubs, restaurants, cafes, and attractions. The staff on site was amazing, super helpful, and went a step above and beyond. You can sit in the lobby and have a coffee or beer and store your bags before or after check-in/out. There is an elevator available to get to every level of the hotel and AC - two luxuries that are not guaranteed in Europe.
There was nothing that I DIDN'T like... the stairs up and down to the rooms are narrow and winding, so be aware and I would suggest using the elevator to move any bags. The room was quite small, but also quiet and comfortable. These are things I expect traveling in Europe (the stairs, small rooms, maybe no elevator, etc.), so none of it should be a deal-breaker.

The hotel is really comfortable and decorated nicely. The receptionist, Noa was really friendly and kind.
Beautiful location (jordaan) & friendly receptionist. I would add the balcony but that was included in the ridiculous price for what you get so i won't add a positive for what's expected. That's just how big of a let down this place is.
Tiny room with deteriorating trims and finishes & wallpaper. But the main let down was the bed. Felt like it had been there since the 60's. Both my partner and i woke up with incredible back pain. On top of that the soundproofing with other rooms/floors/ the hallway is as good as non-existent. AVOID AT ALL COST, WHICH IN THIS PLACE, WILL BE HIGH
The bed was super comfortable. There was an elevator to get bulky bags upstairs. Patrick was helpful regarding local places and how to get there. We were able to leave our luggage before check in time. The neighborhood was easily walkable with many cute restaurants and a market on Saturday. It could not have been better.
