Cons:

We kregen kamer 32 omdat we omhoog met de lift wilden. Een kamer kennellijk in het oude gedeelte. Het was rustig, maar oude zooi. Het bed was op zich prima, de badkamer modern, maar uiteindelijk was de prijs van ruim 600 euro volkomen belachelijk voor wat het was. Een normaal tarief zou 200 euro moeten zijn. Het is de koppeling met het twee sterren restaurant, maar het voelt als bedrog.

N’est pas un hôtel 5 étoiles
Pros:

Le voiturier est d’une grande gentillesse

Cons:

Chambre donnée à notre arrivée soit la chambre 7 qui sentait le moisi mélangé à une remontée d’égouts
Demande de changement de chambre après le dîner qui a été réalisée par le gardien de nuit et ce bien heureusement
Aucun geste commercial et aveux à demi mot que nous n’étions pas les premiers clients à nous plaindre de telles odeurs

L’hôtel est certes veillot mais des détails d’attention et de considération pourraient améliorer l’expérience client

Absolutely Fabulous in Every Aspect!
Pros:

This is a stunning place. Beautiful village. So clean. Lovely hotel with extremely helpful and friendly staff. They could not do enough for us to make our stay perfect. The George Blanc Restaurant was Amazing! A real treat. Lovely setting inside and out. I loved our stay here!

A 49th wedding anniversary was made all the more special by this visit and we will return.....
Pros:

Everything was marvellous - the meals were wholly exceptional (ie dinner and breakfast - we did not have lunch). The staff were courteous, helpful, and quite delightful. The premises were beautifully designed and maintained.

There was nothing to not like - nothing.
