Pros:

Ein gut geführtes, sauberes Hotel. Wir konnten uns sogar kostenlos Fahrräder ausleihen. Uns hat alles sehr gut gefallen.

Cons:

Wir hatten gefühlt den kleinsten Balkon, im Vergleich zu den anderen. Das ist aber jammern auf hohem Niveau. Das laute Aggregat der Klimaanlage störte auf dem Balkon. Das Hotel liegt am einer belebten Straße.

É andato tutto molto bene
Pros:

La struttura è nuova, moderna, pulita, con tutti i servizi necessari ad un soggiorno confortevole. Il personale molto cordiale e gentile. La posizione ottimale per raggiungere il centro del paese e i principali servizi anche a piedi; a poche centinaia di metri si raggiungono le bellissime spiagge. La colazione ottima. Assolutamente consigliata.

As funcionárias são muito simpáticas. O quarto é atual, limpo e espaçoso

Cons:

Falta insonorização. Alguém ligou a TV às 22:15 e ouvia-se no meu quarto. Outro hóspede roncava a dormir e também se ouvia. Para conseguir adormecer tive de colocar tampões nos ouvidos

Pros:

Von der Unterkunft aus kann man wunderbar den kurzen Weg zur Innenstadt gehen. Parkplätze direkt am Hotel sind ausreichend vorhanden. Die kleine Terrasse ist absolut ausreichend, und ich habe selten so einen gepflegten Rasen gesehen

Woher die ganzen guten Bewertungen kommen, kann man sich nicht wirklich erklären.
Wir haben kein Personal gesehen, das Englisch spricht - obwohl es in der Beschreibung steht. Dadurch wird eine Kommunikation doch recht schwierig, wenn man kein italienisch spricht. Beim Frühstück musste man dem Personal hinterher laufen, wenn man Z.B. einen Kaffee möchte - ich kenne es so, das ein Kaffee angeboten wird, sobald man sitzt. Der Fernseher im Zimmer erinnert eher an einen Computerbildschirm, für uns glücklicherweise nicht wichtig.
Das Bett ist eine absolute Katastrophe. Die Matratzen sind viel zu dünn und rutschen ständig auseinander (wer sich an seine Kindheit als Ritzenkind erinnert fühlen möchte..)
Die Verdunklungsvorhänge sind zwar groß genug, aber so hakelig, das man einen Stuhl und etwas Zeit braucht, um es Licht der Straßenlaternen auszusperren. Wenn das geschafft ist, sollte man noch die Tagesdecke benutzen, um den Spalt unter der Türe abzudichten (im Flur ist anscheinend durchgehend das Licht an)

A cute and beautiful accomodation.
Pros:

The accomodation met our needs, basic but it reached all necessities and our expectations. Breakfast was superb with a great variety, especially for homemade cakes.

Cons:

The sockets were not convenient. Also bathroom did not have sufficient space around the sink area but there were drawers instead, which still was fine.

Cons:

Personeel bij het ontbijt.
De persoon die bij het ontbijt aanwezig is is zeer onvriendelijk, zegt geen goeiendag, kan niet lachen en passeert achter de rug al mompelen voorbij. Ze spreekt onvriendelijk over de mensen achter de rug terwijl ze je passeert aan tafel, heel onbeschoft.
