Ein SuperHotel mit einemTop Hotelmanagement
Pros:

Das Hotel liegt etwas Ausserhalb vom Ort Pescasseroli in einer ruhigen Ecke eingebettet von viel Natur.Es stehen Überdachte Carports für die Autos zur verfügung.Die Zimmer bieten alles was man braucht.Das Personal und die Hotelführung sind Spitze.Sie haben für alle Probleme ein Gehör und helfen sofort. Das gute Frühstück und auch die Möglichkeit ein Menü abends einzunehmen machen den Aufenthalt zum Genuss. Der Pool ist dann noch die Kirsche auf der Torte . Pescasseroli und das Hotel Iris sind immer eine Reise wert.

oor service and lack of basic standards made us unhappy
Pros:

The breakfast was very good

Cons:

There were three main issues that made our stay very disappointing.
First, we were asked to pay €8.50 in tourist tax, even though the correct amount should have been only €2.
Second, the balcony was dirty and covered with pigeon droppings. There were pigeons directly above our heads, which made it very unpleasant and unhygienic to use the balcony.
Third, the experience in the dining room was particularly disappointing. The person in charge seated us right by the entrance, even though we repeatedly and politely asked to sit near the windows to enjoy the view. He told us that the tables by the windows were reserved for other guests. However, nobody arrived to occupy them, and throughout our time there many tables by the windows remained completely empty. We simply could not understand why our request was refused when so many better tables were available.
In addition, there was not even a bottle of water provided in the room.
Overall, the experience was disappointing enough that, although we had planned to stay longer, we decided to leave after just one day.

Ho soggiornato in questo hotel e sono rimasto davvero molto soddisfatto. La struttura è accogliente, pulita e ben curata, con camere confortevoli e dotate di tutto il necessario. Il personale è stato gentile, disponibile e professionale, sempre pronto a venire incontro alle esigenze degli ospiti.

Ottima anche la posizione, comoda per raggiungere le principali attrazioni e i servizi della zona. L’atmosfera è piacevole e rilassante e il rapporto qualità-prezzo è davvero ottimo.

Un’esperienza molto positiva, che consiglio assolutamente. Ci tornerei volentieri!

Pros:

Ogni cosa. Hotel a conduzione familiare strepitoso. Personale ottimo. Piscina davvero grande. Colazione adeguata. Parcheggio privato. Posizione tranquilla, appena fuori Pescasseroli. Bella camera, ampia, ben arredata.

Cons:

Superflua la vasca da bagno, posizionata fuori dal bagno.

Beautiful mountain resort.
Pros:

This was our second stay at Hotel Iris. We loved it even more! We really have to emphasize the friendliness of the staff. I have never had hosts who were so accommodating and friendly. Any small problem we had, any special request was immediately addressed in the most charming way possible. Staying here is truly a treat.

Amazing views, great rooms with balcony, comfortable.
Pros:

Absolutely amazing location. Surrounded by mountains, the hotel grounds are pretty, the reception area is pretty. Staff were so lovely at reception ( who also serve at the bar) . Our two rooms were together, at the front of the hotel, each with a balcony. Sat on the balcony so many times due to the view, just stunning. We had booked purposely due to us booking a hiking trip to spot bears, but unfortunately didn't see any. The snack that the hotel booked for the trip was good. The meal that we had in the evening was also good and breakfast was adequate. I would like to try this place in the winter, must be stunning when snowing. The nearby town is just fantastic, I really love this area

ok, so we chose the hotel partially due to it having a pool. Unfortunately not only wasn't it heated, but it was freezing, so unable to use that. For that reason, when we return we will try to find a hotel with a pool we can use, unless in the winter, in which case, we will book this hotel. I have to say, all the staff were lovely apart from the gentleman that serves in the restaurant, he is a bit off putting, not friendly, but, that can happen anywhere, shame, but it happens.

In meerdere opzichten een heerlijk hotel op een uitstekende locatie.
Pros:

Heerlijk hotel in een prachtige omgeving. Heel aardige en behulpzame mensen. Uitstekend en uitgebreid ontbijt (zat bij de prijs in). 's Avonds optioneel een heerlijk drie gangen menu met telkens keuze uit twee of drie gerechten. Vanuit het hotel loop je zo de natuur in. Het hotel ligt enigszins buiten het gezellige stadje Pescasseroli maar daardoor wel rustig. Je kan paardrijden bij de buren. Een aanrader voor wandelaars en paardenliefhebbers.

Bella struttura arredi e servizi igienici recentissimi, personale cordiale e presente, costi concorrenziali.
Parcheggio, piscina, ristorante adeguati.
