Pros:

The staff was super nice and helpful. The food at the restaurant was good.

Cons:

The bed was not comfortable and my pillow had brown spot on it and my daughter's too. Floor in room smelled. Elevators are small and tight.

Pros:

Reservamos y cuando llegamos, dijeron que se habían sobrevendido que nos habían reservado en otro hotel diferente, entonces nos enviaron a otro hotel

Cons:

Ni siquiera nos querían dar desayuno de ellos. Tuvimos que enojarnos para que nos dieran desayuno porque venía incluido y fue el paquete que compramos.

La limpieza estuvo impecable, la ubicación del hotel es excelente fácil para ingresar. La flexibilidad para ingresar con el check in fue muy agradable

Todo estuvo perfecto, el desayuno es muy variado y rico!! El chef nos preparó algunos platillos todos los días!!! Nos sentimos muy satisfechos
