Nice hotel, friendly staff, nice pool

Cons:

Booked short notice and was twice the prize as normal (to be expected) but had issues with water pressure all night and couldn’t shower which was unpleasant given the cost. But staff was amenable and made extra efforts to apologise.

Good location for arrival or departure
Pros:

Very spaceous and spotless room with great facilities and A/C, nice pool area, multiple restaurants and the location is also very convenient if you are coming from or going to the airport (15-20 minutes by car).

Cons:

When we arrived we checked in and reserved and payed for a shuttle transfer to the airport for the next morning. When we went down to the reception to check out and catch our shuttle, we were told that there was no reservation and therefore no shuttle. If we'd have been short on time, this could have become a problem. But they did immediatley organize a taxi which took us to the airport which was great.
Also we have had a lot better breakfast in Costa Rica but it was okay. But the stay is very expensive for what you get.

Pros:

Nos encantó el buffet, la comida estaba deliciosa. Nos recibieron con un hermoso detalle por nuestra boda. También teníamos muchos lugares cerca.

El jacuzzi dice que está abierto a las 10am pero en realidad está caliente hasta casi las 12pm, lo cual nos impidió disfrutar de nuestro último día ahi, también dice que tiene una capacidad máxima de 6 personas pero todas las noches habían hasta 9 personas lo cual evitaba el pleno disfrute del jacuzzi y lo dejaban muy sucio. También el agua de la ducha tardaba bastante en drenarse, lo cual hacía que las duchas tomaran mayor tiempo para no provocar una inundación en el baño. Fuera de ahí todo fue increíble
